Cons:

It was not mentioned in the ads that swimming pool ang sauna were under renovation. There's a foul smell coming from the drainage in the kitchen and the airconnis facing directly to the bed.

Not going back to Greenbelt Hamilton. Disposal of garbage is the main reason.
Pros:

The location is not too bad. Only Lobby looks classy but unit need to be renovated a bit.

Cons:

The unit itself have 2 notifications that is under repair. It should have been repaired before being rented out. The cover of the toilet got a loose screw and annoying when closing and opening it. The cabinet under the kitchen sink is also under repair so should not be opened. The toaster is so old and rusty and need to be replaced. I did not use it. The soap holder in the bathroom is also rusty and need to be replaced. I did mentioned to owner about the old rubbish in the bathroom that was not emptied before I came and the coakroache in the fridge. Owner apologetic. The small veranda seems not be cleaned and dusty.

Pros:

It’s conveniently located with nearby shops.

Cons:

The unit was dilapidated and run down. The cabinet beneath the sink was completely broken — unable to be closed. The toilet seat was loose — thereby, making it unsecured to use. The soap holder fell as it was already old and not properly screwed in. Doorbell was busted, and intercom was not working so my massage therapist waited for more than 30 minutes outside the unit as I could not be reached even through cellphone as signal inside the unit is non-existent. Internet inside the unit was weak. There were a few cockroaches inside the unit. Outside cover of the restroom door had some tear downs. What was worst was when I raised the broken cabinet sink and toilet seat to the property manager, she already knew about it before I came in as she reasoned that the previous guest was responsible for the damage and yet did not bother to have them fixed before accepting new guests.

Not the greatest. I will not be coming back
Pros:

False advertisement. Sauna and both jacuzzis were not working. Stayed in a unit and a chair broke due to the age. Owner wanted me to pay for the damage. Very unfortunate. I really do not recommend this place. I had a better stay at 3 palms. Over better in all phases.

Der Raum hat nach Fische gestunken. Und der Boden hat noch Zuviel lange Haare und die klo sitze war ja nicht mal fest ich habe es weiter gegeben aber es würde nicht gemacht bis wir gegangen sind . Ich würde das nicht weiter empfehlen…no Go

Comfy and cozy
Pros:

The owner is nice and friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location is good if you have things to do in Makati.

The apartment is quite small so it's not a fantastic value for money, but it's fine overall.

Too restrictive, there are better places around
Pros:

Very good location

Cons:

The elevators are badly programmed, you have to send half of the away because only the other half service the top couple of floors. The host does not allow anybody in as a visitor so don't book if you are having friends over.
We rented a second room from the same people for family but that place was infested with cockroaches.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the linens smelled great, and everything we needed was provided. It was a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for a restful stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely book again!

Good location, clean condo and accommodating host!
Pros:

Overall it’s a good one week stay.
The host is very friendly & helpful.
The place is clean, got fast Wi-Fi, great tv internet connection, nice comfortable bed, good towels, ok toilet shower laundry facilities! But unfortunately there’s a lingering bad smell in the kitchen area that the deodorant can’t get rid off.
