Pros:

The owners are very kind and welcoming. The hotel is in an area that's easily accessible to the main city centre but there are still lots of restaurants, pubs, etc nearby just a short walk away from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was the right size too.

Cons:

N/A.

It served our purpose well.
Pros:

I liked the frienliness of the owners, the cleanliness of the room, and the shower.

Cons:

I found the lack of a breakfast inconvenient. Otherwise, it fitted our needs well.

Great value for money option in Sheffield
Pros:

Very friendly staff, always helpful and welcoming. Spacious and comfortable. Loved dogs as much as we do

Cons:

They could have fans for hot days, and it took a bit of time for the water to drain down the washbasin (easy fix)

A Hidden Gem??
Pros:

Absolutely super. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, tea and coffee facilities. We particularly liked that oat milk was provided as well as ordinary milk. Particularly well placed for visiting the Lantern Theatre. All in all, lovely. Thank you!!

Thought expected a B&B without the breakfast - then was offered a breakfast too!
Pros:

Room had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable enough, the toilet and shower worked well, and there was a nice selection of tea and coffee + fresh milk, sugar etc. My kids loved it, TV had a good selection of channels, bottled water provided too and towels, personal soap, shampoo etc.. just exactly what we needed! - side note that we were offered a continental breakfast too - very reasonably priced and again just what you need - not too much and not too little.

Cons:

I personally didn't have the best nights sleep, but I'm not the best sleeper.. my one constructive criticism was that the pillows were way too big/ high.. I guess it's personal preference but yeah too much for me. My kids seemed to sleep well (I just took the pillow away for my 4 year old).
