Pros:

The behavior of the house staffs

Cons:

The room that was provided, it was too closeted and no ventilation , smells of damp walls.

Overall it was a pleasant stay . Reception sraff were humble and willing to help.
Pros:

Location is good, quick service given very helpful staff

Cons:

Tarrif was way too much for the stay.Breakfast options were the same both the days not much of breakfast option as been charged

国際カードが使えなかった事以外は満足しています。
Pros:

ネループレイスの近くで値段も手ごろで良かったです。
スタッフの方もニコニコ対応してくれました。

Cons:

VISAカード(日本発行のカード)が使えず、支払に困りました。
国際カードが使えないなら、外国人が多く使うBooking.comに掲載されるべきでは無いと思いました。

勝手にキャンセルするなよ

予約していたのに泊まれませんでした。
このホテルを評価しないとブッキングアプリのトップから消えないので仕方なく投稿しています

Cons:

ブッキングでは予約が確定しています。だの、このカードで予約は保証されています、だの書いてありますが、ホテルいわく、メールや電話したのにお前がレスしないからキャンセルしたよ。とのこと。幸い、隣のホテルに空室があったので助かりましたが。
朝8時に電話したとスマホを見せられましたが、その時すでに飛行機の中だよ！と言っておきました。
なお、翌日以降の予約が心配になり、それぞれのホテルにリコンファームの電話を入れました。
ホテルのせいというよりは、ブッキングのシステム不備か？
