Name was not matched as per booking.com. We booked looking the name. But name was different. Conjested. Food not taken as there was no dining space. Booked room and room stayed was total different and feeled suffocated with family. Room should be cheaper.
Behaviour of staff and the senior person at reservation, nxt time same hotel ,,,,as per the rate best hotel
I booked a double room for my husband and I but upon arrival was denied a shared room because we hold different passports (I'm Australian and he's Mexican). I explained that we're married but the issue was the different passports. Staff rudely insisted that we book a separate room and there was no way around it so we chose to leave and not stay there at all.

Beds were small and uncomfortable, no fridge. A little bit noisy through the night.
Good bed with firm mattress. Very good price for Mumbai and fine for an overnight stay between two flights as not too far from the airport (domestic not so close, though).
Very basic (but expected in view of the price) and we killed a couple of small cockroaches.
