Location was excellent convenient to everything.
The door to the room was jammed it was very hard to open & one of the room cards wouldn’t work . I went to the front desk 3 times & they helped me but the card still never worked. Also there was a homeless man sleeping outside in the hotel parkinglot….. didn’t feel safe!
Room was nice and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower.
The toilet is very low to floor and the shower had dirt in sliding rails.
This Location there no option for breakfast with this reservation .However we have a very nice Kitchenette with full refrigerator with all the essentials for kitchen.Upon arrival, Mis Debra greeted me with a wonderful smile, her customer service was refreshing and greatly appreciated after a 3 Hour Dr. from Atlanta,GA.Mis Debra explained ruler and regulation, some areas of interest which was greatly appreciative. My experience reaction at this location the customer the cleanliness of my room 100% EXCELLENT...Sincerely, Gregory D.Wiggins
No breakfast
Nothing
Clean smelled really great
The day I was leaving I got woke up 4/5 hours before my actual check out time, by a room attendant asking was I checking out, woke me out my peaceful sleep after a long night on meetings and conference calls.
Great location. Off the interstate for easy travel and lots of food options
Cleanliness definitely needs some work.
The bed was comfortable
I selected the pay at property option when I booked, the morning of my booking I received a call from the hotel saying they needed my card info before 2 p.m or they would cancel my reservation and give it to the first person that walked in with a card. I was told, by the young lady on the phone, that this was their policy and booking.com hadn’t notified them that my booking was pay at property. Our room had ants, smelled like marijuana, and a hotel employee attempted to sell marijuana to my wife in the parking lot. Check out day, there was a knock at the door at approximately 10:20 am, it was the housekeeper asking when we would be checking out. Per the emergency informational panel on the back of the door and information on the booking.com app checkout says the 12 pm. My wife goes downstairs to get coffee around 1045 am returns to our room at 10:55 am, only to discover our keys had been deactivated. As we were checking out, I began to tell the young lady at the desk of the issues; however, with a very dismissive attitude she only made excuses to justify the couple of issues I made her aware of, not once apologizing for my experience. Only to tell me “we’re under new management” . This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel and would never stay at Candlewood Suites again! Even received a call from whom was supposed to be the hotel manager, who’s only concern was who tried to sell marijuana to my wife, implied that because I booked through a 3rd party there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation and hung up on me
The room were perfect size for a weekend get just for a little romantic getaway just can grab some things to cook cause they provide you with all the cookware.
The only downside I can remember was that we had to leave I can remember any part I didn’t like.
