Le personnel accueillant que ce soit à la réception ou les dames qui font le ménage. J'ai pu faire mon check-in plus tôt car une chambre était libre. L'emplacement est super.

Cons:

Il faisait très froid dans les toilettes car il n'y a pas de chauffage et le mur de ces dernières aurait bien besoin d'un petit coup de pinceau.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang in einem toll gelegenen und liebevoll geführten Hotel.
Pros:

Zimmer: die günstigste Kategorie ging Richtung Lichthof, war nicht so hell. Das Zimmer hatte aber alles, was der Gast braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die wertvollen Pflegeprodukte, Bademäntel, Hotelpantoffeln, Getränke aller Art.
Frühstück ist hervorragend. Personal sehr aufmerksam. Zimmer mit hübschen und geschmackvollen Bildern und Lampen ausgestattet.
Lage ist perfekt für Speicherstadt, Hafencity und Elphi

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten, an denen man merkt, dass das Hotel nun doch ein paar Jahre auf dem Rücken hat.
