Quality rooms for a business stay

Nice decor, room lovely and quiet despite being close to the lift

Cons:

Overpriced given lack of outdoor space, no gym or pool or terrace as such. Mainly geared towards business travellers. Fairly pricey bar. Only real complaint would be that when we arrived late and asked about eating in the tapas restaurant next door, was told by concierge it was good when in fact it was awful. Wasn’t allowed to settle bill night before an early departure and had to do this at 4 am.

Pros:

Cons:

Zimmertresor defekt, konnte leider nicht repariert werden.

Hotel nahe der Hafencity
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotel in der Nähe der Hafencity ist sehr gut. Das Personal freundlich (fast alle) und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück wirklich lecker und reichhaltig. Die Gestaltung des Hotel ist hübsch und die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Interieur des Hotel ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommen, Nutzungsspuren sind deutlich zusehen. Stühle im Frühstücksraum sind abgenutzt und wackelig. Das Fenster lässt sich nur durch eine Jalousie abdunkeln, ein Vorhang oder Gardinen fehlen, so das man auch über Tag vollen Einblick ins Zimmer bekommt.
Ein Rechnungsfehler zu meinen Ungunsten wurde in keiner Weise entschuldigt oder kommentiert, zwar geändert, aber Fehlermanagement geht anders.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

De kamer is verouderd, de airco kan niet lager dan 20 graden waardoor het te warm bleef in de kamer, de wc kan niet afgesloten worden, de douche heeft geen lekkere straal en er kwam een rioollucht uit de spoelbak.
