מהנה נפלאה מספקת. נתראה שוב

אהבנו מאוד את השירות קבלנו עוגה כי חגגנו יום הולדת אהבנו כמעט הכל. בגלל המלחמה אנחנו עדין במלון דבר אחד הפריע קצת שביום ההמשך יום שבת עד שאמא שלי העבירה כסף לימים שביקשנו להישאר היתה הרגשה לחוצה לא הייתי נשארת עם לא היה לי כסף עבור השעיה הנוספת. אבל זה פרט קטן כתבתי זאת רק כי אני חושבת שכדאי שתתנו על כך את הדעת כי מלבד זה הכל ממש מושלם ומעתה אגיע לאילת רק אליכם

כל צוות המלון פשוט מושלם, אדיבים ונעימים, מאנשי הקבלה, הברמנים, החדרנים, המצילים, עובדי המטבח והכי חשוב מנהלת המלון פשוט נותנת חוויה שלא קיבלנו באף מלון בארץ, אחראית, אדיבה, דואגת שנהיה מרוצים ונותנת יחס אישי !!! האוכל שמוגש בחדר אוכל לא נופל ממסעדות הכי טובות בארץ, טעים, נקי וממש מגוון, יש המון סוגים ומבחר מטורף. מיקום מושלם קרוב לאייסמול ומרחק הליכה קצר מהטיילת.

הודיה המארחת בחדר אוכל תמיד עם חיוך אין דברים כאלו
ענבל הברמנית הייתה תותחית על שירות ואדיבות מעל הכל חיוך גם אלופה
היה מענה מהיר ברגע שבקשתי בבוט שבווצאפ מגבות
לא המתנתי אפילו תוך דקה כבר דפקו לי בדלת של החדר והביאו לי
היין והשוקולדים שימחו אותי והברכה שלחתם לי גם כן שמחה אותי
