קיבלתי שירות הכי טוב צוות הקבלה מאיה תדהר אדיבות סבלנות
תודה לרולא מקרב לב על היחס והשירות הגעתי עם עוד משפחה והילדים עפו עליה רק שנכסו למלון חיפשו אותה קיבלו פינוקים מכל הלב .

כבוד מיוחד לצוות העובדים ולאיוב רולא

צוות מדהים מאוד התחילה מקבלה לצוות בידור , צוות בריכה , צוות חדר אוכל , חדרים נקיים מאוד שירות מעל הצפיות ברמה אכי מקצועית שיש.
במיוחד לזכור ולא נשכח לאודות לאיוב רולא על שירות ומקצעיות ברמה אישית מפינוק בקבלת החדרים כבוד וכיבוד לנו ולמשפחה שלי, בנוסף לך זה הפעם הרביעית שלנו במלון תמיד מגיעים ונופתע מהכבוד שמקבלים מרולא ודאגה לנו ולתינוק עד רמת אוכל לביבי.
מורדים קובע וכבוד גדול ממשפחתי לכל הצוות ותמיד נגיע למלון בזכות איוב רולא שפוווו וכבוד לה ❤️🙏

כיף שאפשר לשתות קפה, תה לאורך כל היום . נראה לי שעבור משפחות הדיל של "הכול כלול" מסייע ומקל.

לצערי , רמת הניקיון במלון מתחת לכל ביקורת, בעיקר בחדר האוכל. השולחנות מלוכלכים (עם פלייסמנטים שכנראה לא מנקים אותם) . בנוסף רמת האוכל רק סבירה והאוכל לא מוגש בצורה אסטטית, נקיה וגם לא מספיק מגוונת...
גם החדר היה לא מספיק נקי ועל מנת שתיווצר תחושת ניקיון שמים מבשם מנטרל ריחות בכמות מוגזמת.
בהחלט מלון שלא מתאים לזוגות שרוצים להתפנק...
