Keep away if you have any sense
Pros:

Honestly, out of the hundreds of Airbnbs and booking.com hotels and guest houses, I've stayed around the world over the years. The Askoka palace was the worst.
Firstly, the location, at a muddy junction up an alleyway off the main road. Difficult to find.
Secondly, it was not clean, cigarette butt's lying uo and down the stairwell, buckets of dirty water in the corridor.
Thirdly, the noise. Well, people sit downstairs talking till the early hours. This sound being hard floors resonates through the entire building.
Fourthly, the pillows were disgusting and stank of something not nice. Bed sheets had holes in them.
Fifth, no towels, no toilet paper, no soap or shampoo. I had to ho downstairs and ask for the basics.
Sixth, no hot water, After travelling for 16 hours, it's not unreasonable to expect a clean towel and hot water.
Seventh, well, the Internet continually dropped out. No good when you are trying to book ongoing flights.
Seventh, I couldn't close the window. So not only the noise of traffic all night, but free access to swarms of mosquitos . The curtains were disgustingly filthy. They looked like they were about to fall apart.
Generally, I try and see the positives in the places I stay. With this so-called hotel, there are none.
The following morning, I packed up and paid them 2500 rupees for the night and left, much to their disgust and argumentative attitude. This property as cheap as it is should be removed from booking .com in my opinion

Fabulous stay
Pros:

Nice Property in budget class Good Service according to another property in Mahipalpur nearby airport. All Actual pictures of the rooms no fake pics. As another hotel show different pic. And give the different rooms.

Cons:

All staff is very nice and helpfull.
