This place did not exist. It was a house for students and we have evidence of landlords tel no. To confirm this.
It was a total scam and we would like a refund of our money please.
We were left stranded and had to find other accommodation.

I don’t know why this advert is still up because it is a scam and it’s not a hotel it’s someone’s house ! Loads of people have been scammed and I’m still waiting for a refund
The fact I got scammed went all the way there on my birthday for it to be someone’s house
Took money for booking when it's closed
Arrived late at night and was told no longer a hotel !
Emailed booking.com and tryed the contact number multiple times times
No reply. Called booking.com when found out it was no longer the hotel and they said they would call me back with an alternative hotel (2am) within 30mins no call just an email saying booking had been cancelled at 5am
Called them again 8am this morning and they said they are still looking for a replacement hotel !
No point now as it's the next day and I was going home !
Told I had to wait 7-12 days for a refund
I'm now out of pocket for 2 hotels and taxis to and from 2 different hotels
Won't be using booking.com again either

Niets. Bij aankomst konden we niet inchecken wegens 'dubbele boeking'.
Toen ik aankomstuur doorgaf, kreeg ik telefonisch te horen dat het niet mogelijk zou zijn om in te checken.
Alles! Parkeren is zogezegd mogelijk, maar dit is in de omliggende straten. Bij aankomst geen duidelijk huisnummer.
Zag er verlaten uit. Blijkt dat ze een dubbele boeking had. Ik betwijfel dit ten zeerste. Ik hoop op een volledige terugbetaling.
Do NOT book this hotel. It is a SCAM! We arrived on Friday night (15.08.25) with a car load of stuff for my son's wedding on Sat 16th. You CANNOT get in and it was turned into a Housing Association property on the 1st August 2025. It is still on the Booking dot com website and is NOT a hotel. The telephone number is not answered (rang it 15+ times) and it now goes to answerphone. They have scammed us over £106 and we had to find another hotel for two nights, last minute, which cost us £282.22! Do NOT book this hotel! It is now managed by Brittany Properties on behalf of Dawson's Housing Association.
As above. It is disgraceful that this property is still listed on your website. It is a terraced house and NOT a hotel. It is a complete SCAM!
