The mattress and pillows are quite uncomfortable, I would upgrade those if possible. My room was on the ground floor right on the street so I didn't feel safe opening the windows to get fresh air while people walked right next to the windows. If windows were closed the room would be too warm. I wouldn't know how to fix this issue though!

Everything was fine until the last day , I didn't like the lack of communication. I paid extra for late checkout, early morning i went out for a run when i came back i found out there was a water cut due to scheduled maintenance, only to find out from the person in charge at the reception of the building that the owners of the apartment were informed days before about the works in the water system. The least they could have done is to inform me as i could have organised myself better. I was in a panic state as i had an important meeting and had to catch 2 fights back home later. Quickly i had to freshen myself with wet wipes and bottled water to make myself presentable for my meeting and to travel. I asked for a compensation, not for the money but to know if this company is respectful towards their guests , till today since April didn't recieve anything. So no i will not choose Arbio for my travelling in the future

I problemi riscontrati durante il check in in quanto non è mai arrivato il codice per accedervi, solo dopo un paio di telefonate e unattesa di quasi un'ora. Il materasso del divano letto veramente scomodo, e il problema della doccia rotta (usciva solo acqua ultra bollente) il miscelatore era rotto, non è stato mai risolto dopo innumerevoli chiamate telefoniche e richieste scritte. Sembra che la doccia fosse rotta da almeno agosto 2025 visto che lo abbiamo letto in una vecchia recensione.

The team was wrong with the instructions. The mattress was not comfortable for two. Garbage bags are very thin and teared when removing them (when leaving, you need to remove the debris)

Mingil põhjusel oli telefonis kuvatav uksekood vale ja ma ei saanud ise kuidagi hoonesse sisse. Õnneks ees lauas olev töötaja lasi mind sisse ja täpsustas, milline on õige kood.

Uns wurde der falsche Tür Code übermittelt, so dass wir vor der Tür standen, die Hotline war nicht besetzt und obwohl auf eine Handynummer umgeleitet wurde, erfolgte nach zehn langen Minuten in der Warteschleife. Der Hinweis, dass man jetzt Stern drücken könnte um einen Rückruf anzufordern. Das war am Donnerstagabend um 23:11 Uhr. Der Rückruf erfolgt am Freitag gegen 12:00 Uhr mehr muss ich nicht sagen. Obwohl ich eine Beschwerde eingereicht habe, habe ich keine Kompensation bekommen. Eine schöne Wohnung mit schrecklicher Verwaltung
