Pros:

We were attending a concert nearby and the property was a two minute walk away which was perfect. The studio was spacious and the apartment building itself was modern and clean. 10 minutes by uber to the center and a train station nearby.

Cons:

The bed and sofa bed were a little bit uncomfortable and on the harder side.

Modernes Appartement in guter Lage mit aber schlechter Kundenbetreuung bei einem Problem
Pros:

Schönes modern eingerichtetes Appartement in der Nähe des Ostbahnhof. Zu dritt war es etwas eng, aber die Einrichtung und das Ambiente waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider fehlte ein Bettlaken für das Sofa. Trotz direktem Kontakt der angegebenen Telefonnummer passierte 24 h lang gar nichts. Kein Rückruf und keine adäquate Reaktion auf weitere Anfragen per Nachricht. Offenbar fühlte sich niemand zuständig, sich darum zu kümmern. Dies ist kein guter Kundenservice.

Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uber Arena - ist dann zu empfehlen, wenn man nach einem Konzert noch in Berlin fußläufig entfernt übernachten möchte. Bei Rückfragen war das Team von Arbio immer sofort erreichbar. Einfacher Check in und Check out.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - steht in keinem Verhältnis bezogen auf die Lage (Dunkel/Erdgeschoss), Lautstärke - in Abhängigkeit der Lage zur Straßenseite, Ausstattung und Größe.

Pros:

No contraté desayuno, pero el apartamento ofrecía opciones de café con cápsulas. E hotel, para mi intención de viaje, tiene una ubicación excelente.

Cons:

El edredón era pequeño para la dimesión de la cama, pero la habitación estaba muy bien aclimatada

Pros:

숙소 깨끗하고 꽤 넓습니다.
특히 주방과 식기세척기, 청소기 등 필요한 모든게 있습니다. 근처 역사 안 마트에사 장을 봐서 요리해먹는 시간이 제일 좋았네요.
주요 관광지나 기차역으로 가는 300번 버스가 바로 앞에 있습니다.

다만 기차연착으로 늦게 셀프체크인 하는 부분을 늦게 발견해서 많이 헤맸습니다. 같은 건물 여러 거주민들이 도와주셔서 무사히 체크인했지만, 좀 어려울 수 있습니다.
아 또 1층입니다! 겨울이지만 환기를 위해 창문을 열었더니 행인들과 눈마주치는 일이 많았네요.
