Pros:

This is a resort for marriage function. This is not for staycation. Staff is very limited, response is very slow.

Cons:

No one at the front desk most of the time. No security.
Limited staff to take care things. Food is very very costly.
They are interested in managing marriage functions only.

You have to look onto this.
Its a serious matter of harrasment for the guests coming in your Hotels.

Hotel:- Sunday Resort & Spa

Worst Hotel and worst service ever, its 12am and the DJ music is still on, all the guests are fed up from this and still they are not at all listening.

Also the staff is telling us to co-operate, I mean what kind of Behavior is this, its totally unacceptable.

Please look on to this matter, otherwise I have to mail you again.

Cons:

My family has suffered alot yesterday, I actually booked here because its far from city and I wanted peace but here It was totally opposite and worst experience.

Please compensate or refund otherwise I have to take action.

A Stylish Retreat with Amazing Comfort
Pros:

Very courteous staff. Very good room. The concierge was helpful and helped me extend my stay. Food was par excellence and had friends over for dinners, and they were very happy with quality of food and service in the restaurants.
