Les photos sont mensongères, l’appartement semble, propre et bien entretenu mais il n’en est rien.
Un forte odeur d’humidité dans le logement.
Je soupçonne que les draps n’aient pas été changé avant notre arrivée. J’ai envoyé un message au propriétaire qui n’a jamais répondu.
Mes enfants ont dormis sur un matelas (4cm)au sol, nous pensions que le canapé était convertible mais non. Le canapé était dans un état catastrophique, impossible de s’asseoir dessus.
La cuisine et ses ustensiles inutilisables
Des serviettes sales étaient dans le lave linge.
Pour finir, des cafards par dizaines à la tombée de la nuits (mais apparemment c’est normal d’après le propriétaire).

Ik vond de woning een erg kook geur hebben en het leek er op als er in gerookt was. De host heeft wel gelijk gehandeld en een schoonmaker gestuurd probleem snel opgelost!

Det var ofräscht och ostädat. Man fick ingen förvarning om att det finns kackerlackor utan det sitter en lapp om det när man öppnar dörren, förvänta er att se några. Det är inte heller tätt mellan element och väggen så man ser ut vilket innebär att där kommer det in insekter.
Bilderna stämmer inte riktigt överens med hur det är i verkligheten.

We had a terrible stay. Cockroaches scurried around the room all night, literally everywhere. We didn't get a wink of sleep before our long journey. The room was old and worn, with no toilet seat, insufficient towels, and a falling-apart refrigerator. In short, it was a nightmare.

The unit needs updating. To start with regrouting, which won't cost much. Then introduce little renovations like repainting of walls.

Pone que es para 5 personas, lo que no comentan es que dos de esas 5 tuenen que dormir practicamente en el suelo porque el colchon es muy fino.
De hecho, se duerme muy pegado al suelo y ya como bien pone en la puerta del apartamento hay y oueden haber cucharachas, poco higenico por esa parte.

- The unit is very far from photo, moulds all over the place, ceiling, walls, toilets, even the sofa at living room area is already lumpy and sunk, needs replacement.

I stayed only for 6hours and i left.

- I requested for early check in because i am tired but it wasn’t communicated well to the owner and the cleaners, so i have to be there while they’re cleaning. Though it was fine to me because the cleaners are ok, but even if i did not stayed over night and left early, i still have to make payment of 600pesos for the early 3hours i was there. The extra payment was fine, just that the place itself is far from the photos in the website.

The extra amount, the total money u paid doesn’t really make the payment worth it.
