A very convenient place to stay for a long layover in Manila.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. No need to ride a car if you have a long layover in Manila. It is walkable from the airport. There's a near Starbucks, Watsons and a lot of restaurants. The place also have a kitchen, a working fridge, a washing machine, a television and a strong internet connection. The guards, the cleaner and the host are very accommodating. It is just around 5-10 minutes walk to the airport, around 15 minutes walk to Resorts world Manila. There are Spa, laundry shops, nail salon and fast food restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I think the place is already worth the price. I guess what I would recommend is a little earlier check-in option would be helpful for travelers. The air condition needs replacement or cleaning. With the heat in Manila and how huge the place is, they will need to update the aircondition for more comfortable stay. But they are so accommodating that they allowed me an hour earlier to check-in. I think adding that as an option will greatly help since the place is located where most people who will probably stay are from the airport or will have a flight the next day.

Cons:

Uncomfortable sofa bed, very dirty shower floor mat, full bundle of dirty linen from possibly previous renters, tv’s volume doesn’t work properly, thick layer of soap scum behind the basin in the bathroom. Indoor slippers are old, used and dirty. Very unhygienic to use.

Cons:

late check-in at 3pm. I ended up booking another motel nearby that allowed me to check in early, or else I would have waited 3 hours for the 3pm check-in here

Great Condo
Pros:

I can't understand and follow the bad reviews. Condo and location is great. Yes it smells in the room, but open window and switch on fan, smell is gone. The room service forgot to empty the trash bins, but nobody is perfect..
My final answer is Highly recommended!

Rien étant donné qu’on ne l’a jamais trouvé à l’adresse indiqué! On l’a cherché pendant 3 heures, on a demandé notre route à tout le monde personne ne connaissait !! J’ai appelé plusieurs fois la propriétaire pas de réponses ! Mail et WhatsApp’s également et rien! Le nom de l’annonce n’est même pas un nom d’hôtel!! Je déconseille fortement

Pros:

Super pratique pour aller au terminal 3, propre, confortable, personnel super sympathique!!

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas une bouteille d'eau et du café à disposition lorsqu'on arrive, mais il y a des commerces tout près
Les ampoules blanches enlèvent le côté cozy de la deco

Good stay for cheap price
Pros:

We only stayed here for a short night between connecting flights! The check in was easy and the security is very friendly. The appartement was decent and there were towels and other amenities ready to use.

Cons:

Small detail: No bottled water - since we arrived pretty late at night we did not have an opportunity to buy water and with the tap water not being drinkable it would have been nice to have a bottle provided.
