An excellent hotel!
Pros:

Everything was great! The bed was comfy, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. This was our second stay here and it was excellent. We will definitely book again.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful and very friendly.
Breakfast was delicious and loved the choices.

Cons:

We arrived at night and their were no carts available the girl went looking and she could not find any. I guess guests keep in room which is unacceptable so rude. Our room was on 2nd floor totally opposite from elevator my husband had to make 2 trips as I cannot carry any heavy luggage.
The parking situation is not so great, not many spaces available.

Restful rooms
Pros:

The bed was excellent, very comfortable. We had difficulty being up in mornings, it felt so nice. Only thing we didn't like was the bed pillows. Very soft and fluffy, to mushy soft.
Room attendant services were good; parking easy access to front and side entrances.
Breakfast was ok; wishful thinking that they would offer country gravy with the sausage patties and the fresh biscuits. Many other guests that we socialized with were wishful of the same thing to be added in the breakfast menu.

Cons:

We lost power for 3+ hrs due to electric storm caused outages. Also, had entire hotel evacuated one morning due to a prankster pulling fire alarm. We were ALL OUTSIDE about 15-20 min waiting for all clear from firetruck. It happens I guess?

Nice
Pros:

Hospitable staff, clean environment, parking was at a premium/ small parking lot and the lobby was EXTREMELY hot in the morning during breakfast.

Cons:

Could have been much cooler in the lobby during breakfast. Very hot and uncomfortable.
