Very good, budget friendly hotel for family.
Pros:

We had travelled as group of 5 , with 3 senior citizens and had booked 3 rooms . The hotel and staff were very good and overall facility was clean. THis hotel is value for money and very budget friendly. The breakfast provided was also standard and had most of the regular items. Nothing over the top but basic and good.
Most importantly, our 3 senior citizens found the hotel comfortable , and its very near to the golden temple and away for actual hustle around the golden temple.

Cons:

The room size could have been bigger and no windows.

Pros:

Location wise its perfect place to stay and actually it is located in very quite place. Rooms were cleaned and staff was expectionally prompt and helpful. I would say value for money. We will stay again if coming back to Amirtsar or golden temple.

Staff helpful

Cons:

I had to ask for complimentary water every day. The restaurant would always call to inform us about breakfast. There were no written instructions for TV, WiFi and phone numbers to call for the front desk, other services. The last day the water pump was being fixed so there was a trickle of water to the shower again we were not informed about the situation. I feel the communication was poor.

Great stay in a lovely nice hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel was a 5 to 6 minute drive to the Golden Temple, which was perfect for us. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We had 4 rooms and they manged to occupy us all on one floor, which was really handy. The manager Malkit Singh was very nice and a lovely gentleman. We would definitely stay there again.
