The staff here were very patient and kind, we were served kindly by Butler Peach and Butler YuanYuan who kept us updated
Pros:

They have very spacious rooms in an intimate space, being an ideal place for friends or groups. The place was very clean and had a nice view!

A very comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable and provided a great night’s rest. The environment felt extremely safe, which made the stay very relaxing. Overall, the experience met and exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

Nothing significant stood out during my stay. Everything was well managed and comfortable. Minor improvements could be made, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

Great stay with my children!
Pros:

The staffs (especially 浩浩Haohao and 然然 Ranran) were very polite and helpful as it was my first time to China.

Cons:

There were some steps from the lifts to the reception that was a bit inconvenient with luggages.

Spectacular rooms with a view and 5 star service
Pros:

Spectacular hotel and rooms. The decorating is unique, exactly like on the photos, and the views are incredible. The bathtub by the window is just amazing. The bed and bed sheets and pillows are super comfy, the place is spotless and the shower excellent. Location is perfect, a step from Tianfu Square and its metro station, and walking distance from many attractions, including the People's Park. Staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, with great communication before and during the stay. It helps if you have WeChat, and you can add their "little buttler" who will give you updates and provide support. Little Wen Kimchi was particularly helpful when we needed a taxi, saving the day when no taxi would accept a request from my account. Everyone went above and beyond, making our stay truly enjoyable. Xie xie.

Cons:

I'd recommend providing 4 tea bags instead of 2, and a bigger warning sign about the little step when exiting the lift to go to reception.

A hotel where the staff is genuinely dedicated would do the impossible to make the customer happy
Pros:

The lighting design in the bathroom is fancy (I believe for some people) but not practical at all. To me it was horrible. It doesn't serve the primary purpose i.e lighting

The staff was excellent, and they helped put a lot of effort into decorating the place for my partner’s birthday surprise which she loved a lot! And the staff even went out of their way and got a whole birthday cake too! The rooms were spotlessly clean and everything was just exceptionally great! Thank you!

Superb service, lovely decor, great location.
Pros:

Excellent , clean, trendy interior decor. Warm reception staff (兰兰， 糕糕， 小花） polite, attentive to service quality. Great location, beside malls, metro, parks and eateries.
