Beautiful hotel, located on the Ohio River.
AC in our room wasn't working.
Great location. Revolving rooftop restaurant provided great views from 25th floor. Filet Mignon was excellent. Parking was in East Building; $30/day. Bourbon trail was easy walking; 9 blocks at most.
Breakfast was good, but not free
Pool was cold
location and rooms were great.
We prepaid for a breakfast Buffet but they had no buffet.
Space in the double queen suite…it was like a one bedroom apartment. The gym was nice also.
There wasn’t enough sockets (for 4 people and our devices) and they were oddly placed in the double queen suite. There also needs to be more places to hang towels in the bathroom in the suite.
Everything was good
Nothing
The room was comfortable for the most part and convenient. We actually stayed from June 9-June 15; conference rate during HLAA2026 plus an extra night.
EVERYTHING was designed for tall people. As a petite woman, it was uncomfortable to lean over the sink to brush my teeth, the mirror was too far back to see clearly, the toilet was too high to brace my feet, the table between the beds was too small and far away so reaching it for my glasses and phone from the bed was difficult. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink (how was I supposed to wash out my underthings???), the kleenex/tissue was 1950's stiff and cheap, and I detest body wash--can't you even provide a small bar soap for my face?
Clean quiet beds were good. Restaurants were available in hotel.. nice pool
Bottles of Smart Water in room were priced at $7.00. I found that extreme
