Pros:

Everything was amazing! The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge! The ability to walk right over to the KFC Yum! Center through a tunnel was awesome.

Cons:

It was really warm in our room. It said 71 but we were burning up. Maintenance was quick to come and asses the problem. Cooled down at first but unfortunately through the night it did it all over again.

Pros:

Location was great! All staff were amazing!! Food was wonderful!!

Cons:

Didn’t get the room that I booked and paid extra for. The whole floor including room we were on smelled horrible.

Comfy beds, zero sound proofing.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the suite was a great size.

Cons:

The hotel has zero sound proofing. We had neighbors who had a barking dog, a crying baby, and worse, partied to 2 a.m both nights we were there. We could literally hear every word they said, yelled, and sang. I tried calling the lobby the 2nd night to complain, but the phone only gave a busy signal in spite of many tries. On a personal level, I also did not enjoy the lounge that is in the atrium that crosses the street. It used to be a fun place to go with the fish and the birds and also breakfast at the little cafe. The room is way too loud now and feels like an airport waiting area.

Great hotel for a great price by the Ohio river
Pros:

Close to the river, easy to get to when driving into Louisville on I64. We got a complimentary upgrade.

Cons:

Entering the hotel from the car park, you then have to go down the escalator/elevator to get to the reception. It seemed we were ‘behind’ the reception at first. So they could be a clearer with directions
