I have already written and complained to the hotel directly but to date have received no answer .
Pros:

The food and wellness facilities were very good, the location great, but the cheap polyester bedding was awful.

Cons:

Either the plastic backed mattress protector on the beds, with a flimsy polyester quilt complete with two worn flimsy polyester fleece blankets or the lack of adequate ventilation in the room caused us to leave a day early . We had gone for a break but were unable to sleep well. So disappointing

Ich empfinde es als überflüssig und unangenehm, bei einem doch sehr hochpreisigen Aufenthalt in einem doch in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel am Ende noch ein "paar Euro" für Stromkosten mit dem Hinweis auf das " Kleingedruckte" zu verlangen. Wie gesagt: kann man vielleicht machen wenn man ohnehin weiß, dass Gäste nur ein einziges Mal kommen. Sollte man aber lassen, wenn man Wert auf eine gute Reputation oder darauf legt, dass Gäste das hotel ein weiteres Mal buchen. Meine Meinung ...

Pros:

An meinem Geburtstag war der Frühstückstisch sehr schön dekoriert, es wurde für uns alle Sekt und Kuchen gebracht und überhaupt waren die Mirarbeiter durchweg nett und freundlich.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Spabereich war sehr schön und die Lage war gut. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Leider gab es auf dem Zimmer nur ein alten kleinen Fernseher, der zudem noch auf dem Schreibtisch stand und somit ein Großteil der Ablagefläche weggenommen hat.
In der Dusche gab es nur ein 3 in 1 Produkt (Haare,Body,Hands)

es hätte ansonsten eine 10 von 10 werden können... vielleicht beim nächsten Mal!?
Pros:

Echt sauber, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, netter Service und Rezeption,
kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, citynah, ruhige Lage am Rande des Zentrums, angenehme Lautstärke im Frühstücksraum, ein Hotel in dem man sich wohlfühlt...

Cons:

- Matratzen liegen lose auf Bettgestell (rutschen nachts weg...echt nervig...ein kleiner Rahmen oder z.b. Klettband könnte die Matratze auf dem Bettgestell festhalten), ansonsten gut
- aktuell zum Zeitpunkt für uns kein richtiges Spa/Wellnesshotel durch folgendes:
- Whirlpool im Spabereich funktionierte nicht
- Hallenbad war fast nicht nutzbar morgens. Von Hauptbecken waren 3 der 5 Bahnen für Schulbetrieb belegt, zweites Innenbecken war für eine Aquagymnastikgruppe belegt, kein Hinweis hierzu im Hotel !!!
Etwa 10-12 Gäste sollten sich die 2 verbliebenen abgeteilten Bahnen teilen was nicht wirklich funktioniert hat, so dass wir den Schwimmbad Bereich nach ca. 20 Minuten wieder verlassen haben.
Im Spabereich hatten wir uns dann auf den Whirlpoolbereich gefreut, und wurden wieder enttäuscht. Trotz mehrfachen Drückens des Startknopfes keine Funktion...so dass wir enttäuscht das Hallenbad und den Spabereich wieder verlassen haben und auch am Folgetag nicht erneut aufgesucht haben...
PS: Die Bar im Spabereich war ebenfalls zum Zeitpunkt unbesetzt...
also kein Ort zum Verweilen...
echt schade ...
Achso der Fitnessraum ist echt stiefmütterlich und da er Durchgangszimmer vom Hotel zum Spa- und Wellnessbereich ist leider ebenfalls nicht einladend...
Einen Tag vorher waren wir im Bad in Willingen, dort konnte man sich hingegen echt erholen, auch der Whirlpool funktionierte und vom Ambiente hatte man dort echt Lust sich etliche Stunden aufzuhalten...sowas hätten wir uns in Winterberg echt gewünscht und auch vorgestellt unter einem guten Wellnesshotel...
Vlt. kann man sich ja dort was anschauen und ggf. zukünftig über einen entsprechende Weiterentwicklung/Zukunftshausrichtung ggf. gemeinsam mit der Stadt Winterberg erarbeiten...
Letzter Punkt:
Trotz der o.g. Dinge hätten wir gerne um 1 oder 2 Tage verlängert da uns das Hotel und die Lage echt toll gefallen hat.
Allerdings sollten wir ca.
