Very peaceful and enjoyable stay of 4 days
Pros:

My room 406 with Balcony facing river Ganges and morning sun rise. Friendly Management and staff who promptly attended all issues for customer satisfaction. To be precise, people and customer friendly services.

Cons:

1) Along with room and bathroom, balcony needs to be cleaned everyday.
2) Pillow cases and Towels need to be spotless white. Unfortunately they were over used and not suitable for use.
3) Bath room should have "anti-skid mat".
4) commode in the bathroom was highly stained.
5) Pillow cases, towels and commode should be immediately replaced,

Pros:

バルコニー付きのファミリールームのロケーションは最高です！ベッドに寝転がりながらガンガーからの朝日が見られます。
ホテルを出ればすぐにガート、全ての有名ガートは徒歩圏内です。
屋上テラスのレストランからの景色も最高、味も最高です。
エアコンの効きはバッチリ、お湯もちゃんと出ます。
ドライヤーはありません。

Cons:

インドにしてはお高め。でもあのロケーションは他にないので価値によります。

Bad experience.
Pros:

Just one thing that they send their boy to receive us from the road as the hotel is very inside from the road and the streets are very small.

Cons:

The restaurant staff was very bad. The food is very bad. The person at restaurant had no manners to talk with guests. No hospitality. No cleanliness. The restaurant service is very very slow. Don't have your sugar medicine until they serve you food.

Cons:

Our experience was very bad about restaurant service and food quality at Sita. We ordered tea and fritters in the evening and waited for about 45 minutes but tea did not come. When we again called at the restaurant, concerned person told 'idhar time lagta he' ( it takes time here), if you want you can cancel the order. We were getting late, we asked him to keep our order on hold and give us tea when we would return back and they give us the same stale tea and fritters when we came back. It was very bad. We had opted for breakfast at the time of online booking. We experienced the same thing at breakfast too. The concerned person at restaurant was very slow . He gave us two butter toast with tea first and stopped. We were waiting for parantha. After 20-25 minutes he gave us one aloo parantha each to me and my wife and then again stopped. When we asked for one more parantha, he said you will have to again wait for 25 minutes for your second parantha. It was very strange. There was no other guest at the restaurant at that time. Only me and my wife were there in the restaurant for breakfast. We were getting late so we had to left half empty stomach. The restaurant staff head was very bad. He had no manners to talk with guests. No hospitality no etiquettes.

Pros:

I booked a room for four days with a view of the Ganges and got a room with a balcony overlooking the Ganges, something I'd never dreamed of. The entire hotel staff was very helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it. This is my second stay in Varanasi. If I ever return, I'll definitely stay at the Sita.

there could be access to YouTube or more English-language channels.

Recommended to everyone.and safe and comfortable for women
Pros:

As travelling alone as a lady hotel sita is the best and safe place to stay as I feel very safe and comfortable to stay here .As people of hotel sita are really friendly and helpful .Mr vishu who is really very supportive and is very informative about kashi he has lot and lot of knowledge about varanasi .I would definitely recommend everyone who are travelling to varanasi and want to fell varanasi as real banarasi should come and stay with sita family and fell the vibe of kashi .

Overall satisfactory stay since main motive is Darshan and Aarti.
Pros:

Manager Pandey Ji tried his best to keep us happy. Best is location right on Bank of Ganga maa. Other small things can be ignored.

Cons:

Check in took long. Walk to hotel is long. vehicles can't enter 500-700 mtr from hotel.

良くないところを挙げればキリがないが総じて満足。
Pros:

とにかくロケーション。ガンジス川を思う存分眺めるというのが旅の目的だったので、バルコニー付きの部屋を予約し大満足。スタッフも皆さん親切で特にマネジャーのMrパンデジは博識でバラナシのことやヒンドゥー文化について色々教えてくれました。

Cons:

リネン類が全部しっとり半乾き、部屋全体にカビの香り。
