Poor experience – not recommended
I stayed here for 5 nights, and unfortunately the room was never cleaned.
No bed was ever made, no trash removed. housekeeping did not show up once. I had to take out my own rubbish.
The room smelled like sewage, the walls were dirty, and the bathroom had no power outlet for a hairdryer or razor.
There were no bedside or floor lamps, and switching off the main light meant walking across the entire room.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the hotel in general felt old and run-down.
Some cleaning staff were audibly playing loud YouTube videos in the hallway and chatting, which was not professional at all.
The reception staff didn’t greet guests, and overall the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming.
I believe this is not just about the staff, but about poor management.
The hotel seems to be run by people with no proper hospitality training.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this place
