clean, lots of steps, no where to hang towels, not enough soap, shampoo, creamrinse.
Pros:

we didn't know it included breakfast and did not see any. Felt clean. Shampoo was almost out not really enough for both of us., and no cream rinse or conditioner. No soap.

there was no info that this was a third floor walk up. also if you want people to take off shoes, tell them ahead of time so we would have socks or slippers, or give out cheep ones. Banged head in bathroom by sink twice and husband did it once. He banged head getting into bed- nice bruice.
Never saw staff. Thought it said staff was on premises to check us in. I kept going back to site and until guest showed me how to get in and we were unable. it was dark and rainning around 9:30 pm which is when we said we would get there and took us a long time to figure out how to get into the building. It also said there was parking , but inside there were rules about how to aquire parking but was too late to do that as no one answered.
Did not love that had to take garbage out as was only few tissues. Maybe were not there long enough to enjoy as were worried about parking so left quite early.

Pros:

While the room itself was clean, there were multiple serious issues that affected our stay. The bed is placed extremely close to the wall, and I hit my head while getting into bed during normal use, which is a safety concern.
We were also locked out of our room for nearly two hours due to self check-in access issues. Unfortunately, this was not the first time during a previous stay here, we were also stuck outside in the cold for almost two hours.
Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was toothpaste left in the shower, the floor was wet, and the toilet seat was up with urine on it.
Guests should also be aware that the steps leading up to the bedroom are extremely steep and dangerous. I would not recommend this listing for elderly guests or families with children due to the risk of falls.
Due to repeated access problems, safety concerns, and cleanliness issues, I would not stay at any properties associated with them anymore, they don’t care to take any of your concerns seriously it’s only about the money. They shift blame and don’t take accountability.

Cons:

It seems like people live there, there was stuff everywhere it was ridiculous. I wish I could’ve gotten pictures but it’s was so late we were so tired and frustrated ready to lay down.

Good space and comfortable bed, but parking…?
Pros:

Room itself was a generous size, well decorated and clean

Cons:

Parking provisions were undefined and unusable. Published info said Reserved Parking available, but despite multiple requests on my part, no reserved was ever offered. Ended up parking two miles away and taking an Uber. Minor issues on TV and heater already reported.

Pros:

The room was bright, silent and spacious

Cons:

The closet was missing shelfs, I had to keep most of my stuff within the bags. The bathroom was missing a hook for the towel of the shower; also a smaller towel for the hands would have been useful.

Very clean and cosy. Everything was great. There is common fully equipped kitchen and also laundromat in the basement free of use. Free parking.
