Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I stayed here for one day I like the property very much calm and quiet atmosphere good view from the room. And the staffs bahavinng is appreciated. The food is also very nice totally I enjoyed my stay and the resort is little bit far from the town but it's worthy.i recommend this property for all nature lovers.

Average Stay , Staff was not cooperative at all, Location is Hidden ,Very limited in term of service

Staff needs to learn Basic of Hospitality and Service , rest Room was clean and maintained .

Staff was not helpfull at all, after multiple calls and Followups still they were not able to help , Water bottles were chargble as only 1 bottle was in complimentary for 4 people, Tea puches and Coffe poches was not provided properly as it was only for one time in our 2 days stay , Lift was not working , and Specially Location is in very corner and hidden, Staff need to learn hospitality and service as in every request there some term and condition which was explained to us every time ..
