Pros:

Sehr großzügiges sauberes Appartement mit fantastischen Blick Richtung Stadt und Hafen. Fußläufig ist man in 15 min locker in der historischen Altstadt von Wismar.

Cons:

Könnte etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet sein wirkt ein wenig karg von der Einrichtung

Pros:

Die Ferienwohnung war top mit einem fantastischen Ausblick aus der 6. Etage.. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke, nette Shops, Cafés, Restaurants und Fischkutter mit dem Lieblingsrssen am Meer. Die süße Altstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Übernachten mit Charme im Speicher. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am Hafen, trotzdem ruhig. Wohnungen unterschiedlicher Ausstattung.

Cons:

Von Sonntag bis Dienstag Abend Fernseheher defekt, musste ich 3x reklamieren, daher etwas Punktabzug.

Sehr freundliches Personal und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten im Appartement alles was wir brauchten.

Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung, mitten im Hafen, ist fantastisch. Vom 6. Stock aus hat mein eine tolle Aussicht und mit dem Fahrstuhl geht es schnell hoch oder runter. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und funktionstüchtig. Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit.

Cons:

Man könnte ein paar Sachen ergänzen, z.B. Kartoffel Schäler und Stampfer, scharfe Messer, Abdeckhaube für die Mikrowelle und stabilere Utensilien, Wäscheständer, Puzzle und ein paar Spiele, mehr Spüler Tabs und Müllbeutel sowie Gewürze, Öl, Tee. Gerade für Gäste ohne Auto wäre das sehr hilfreich nicht extra kaufen zu müssen.
Eine Waschmaschine war ausgeschrieben aber diese befindet sich nicht in der Wohnung, sondern im Keller. Waschmittel muss man kaufen und einen Wäscheständer gab es leider nicht um ein paar Sachen aufhängen zu können.

In der Dusche keine Ablage. Sehr einfach eingerichtet. Keine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Hatte ich mir etwas anders vorgestellt.
