Pros:

The staff was nice. Always willing to help.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean or the beds done during the time we were there. We had to ask to get towels changed and toilet paper and had to go to reception to get it ourselves. Everyone smokes we had to deal with the smell 24/7 indoors which was terrible for us since we don't smoke and where staying there with a 4 yr old. The family room has no windows. Or it has a dummy one that goes directly to a wall, no natural light. The installations where basically falling, the night table was about to fall. The street is closed during the day so taxis won't pick you up. Not easy access. Surroundings are always dirty. Wouldn't stay there again ³

Personál byl přijemný, ochotný. Super poloha, vše blízko, obchody , tramvaj v blízkosti.
Pokoj byl čistý a teplý.

Mashallah 😍 scammed with taxi via hotel

Nice and clean room, lovely staff at desk

Cons:

After getting scammed by the taxi services in Turkey I decided to book VIA the hotel as I received a message from Booking.com (I thought I would be protected from any trickery). I have paid 1300TL at the hotel then asked for ANOTHER 1300TL at the airport- even though we asked for no tolls. The whole trip should be around 1300-1500TL maximum to the airport. I thought booking from the hotel would protect me from scamming but thank you turkey for being the most dishonest country I have ever visited.
