OK...could be better
Pros:

The location is good. A few blocks away from 5th Ave , the bars, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the beach. All of the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Pool is small but refreshing and a great spot to get some sun.

Cons:

3 years ago, when the hotel was newer, it would have been excellent. But you can tell, as things deteriorate, they are not being replaced. We were a group of 8 , each with our own units.our unit had no microwave, other units did. We had to ask for chairs for the balcony, other units had them. The kitchen is very very basic, 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 forks etc. The staff do their very best to accommodate you, getting chairs etc. from vacant units. They do the best with what they have. Victor, the maintenance guy is great and so helpful. The breakfast is really just coffee, juice, apples, bananas and some toast. Overall, it was fine, not great but not horrible. I probably would not go back. The owners need to put some $$$ back into it.

Qualità prezzo, posizione perfetta per spostamenti da ogni parte, camera grande e con cucina attrezzata.

Cons:

Unica cosa da migliorare la colazione, scarsissima e poco accogliente, un peccato dato che hanno un rof top bello.
È inutile inserire colazione, quando si trova solo caffè con latte freddo e non sempre fette di dolce e toast!
Per tutto il resto è stato perfetto.

Pathetic excuse of a hotel. Overpriced, Zero Privacy & Zero Hospitality

Daily cleaning, comfortable bed

Cons:

At the time of booking I had made a request for a quiet room. Instead I was allocated the junior suite which was right below the terrace and pool (the bedroom being directly under the pool with loud water splashing noise 24/7). There were rowdy guests partying on the terrace till midnight and then at it again at 5.30am the next morning, which resulted in me getting constantly disturbed in my sleep and also made me uneasy as a solo female traveller. Noone from this supposed hotel's staff bothered to control the situation when the terrace open hours are stipulated from 7am to 10.30pm. I also called the hotel reception from my room but no response. I requested for room change which was addressed by offering me a much smaller room, this time, on the same floor as the terrace facing it directly! Needless to say I chose to stay in my original room - this is worse than a hostel as there are more staff on site even in a hostel to address residents' issues immediately. The less said about the excuse of a breakfast the better, where the only hot item available is their below average coffee. Avoid this business as it is a total ripoff with zero privacy (thin doors & walls) and zero hospitality.

Modesto, pero con mucho potencial de mejora.

La ubicación, quedaba cerca de muchos comercios y playas.

Los recepcionistas eran un amor, de verdad muy muy gentiles.

Pude parquear el auto fuera del hotel todos los días sin ningún problema ni miedo, el personal siempre estuvo atento al vehículo.

Cons:

El desayuno es bastante modesto y poco surtido. Una fruta por día (Nos tocó banana casi siempre y un solo día sandía), cajitas individuales de cereal, café ya preparado en un termo y tostadas duras con mantequilla y/o mermelada. El jugo, leche y yogurt lo reponen solo si lo pides y viene en contenedores de litro.

El servicio corresponde más a un apart hotel que a un hotel como tal. Hubo días que la mucama no pasó y la vajilla tampoco la lavaron, teníamos que llegar después de la playa a lavar nosotros. También notamos que no barrían a fondo las habitaciones.

Para ser un área donde el agua no es potable, echamos en falta hervidores eléctricos o cacerolas pequeñas donde poder hervirla, pero solo cuentan con una olla grande y un sartén, con lo que tuvimos que idearnos para poder tomar un té o un café.

La terraza estaba bonita, pero de tanta humedad ya se encontraba mohosa en algunas baldosas, quizás darle una revisión y limpieza con cloro para eliminar esos hongos.
