Muy malo que pongan en Booking con desayuno no es un desayuno es un desastre

La cama extra grande estábamos muy cómodos con mi madre

El desayuno no debería ofrecer un desayuno que ni siquiera es continental el pan de molde lo entregan tostado duro las mantequilla desecha por el sol.pesimo el café aguado muy mala la atención de la persona encargada del desayuno...

It was a great spot for a little winter getaway. Close to everything we needed. Lots of good nearby restaurants.
Pros:

We loved the location and that we could walk for groceries, shopping, beach, and we felt safe. Staff was great and always helpful. I liked the fact there was daily housekeeping and it was thorough.

Cons:

I felt kitchen could have been a little better equipped for cooking - pots, cutlery, knives, etc.

Sleepless nights at Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

The location was good, but the soccer field was noisy day and night.

Cons:

The room was very dark..no window in the living room. The tile looked dirty all the time. The kitchen was not equipped. The breakfast was the same every day and very plain; some time there was nothing to eat 😕
The pool is small and shallow...the sunbeds worn out...
The staff was nice and polite.

Sleepless in ight are quarantid due to a soccer field...even at 3AM.

OK...could be better
Pros:

The location is good. A few blocks away from 5th Ave , the bars, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the beach. All of the staff are excellent and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Pool is small but refreshing and a great spot to get some sun.

Cons:

3 years ago, when the hotel was newer, it would have been excellent. But you can tell, as things deteriorate, they are not being replaced. We were a group of 8 , each with our own units.our unit had no microwave, other units did. We had to ask for chairs for the balcony, other units had them. The kitchen is very very basic, 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 2 forks etc. The staff do their very best to accommodate you, getting chairs etc. from vacant units. They do the best with what they have. Victor, the maintenance guy is great and so helpful. The breakfast is really just coffee, juice, apples, bananas and some toast. Overall, it was fine, not great but not horrible. I probably would not go back. The owners need to put some $$$ back into it.

Pros:

Qualità prezzo, posizione perfetta per spostamenti da ogni parte, camera grande e con cucina attrezzata.

Cons:

Unica cosa da migliorare la colazione, scarsissima e poco accogliente, un peccato dato che hanno un rof top bello.
È inutile inserire colazione, quando si trova solo caffè con latte freddo e non sempre fette di dolce e toast!
Per tutto il resto è stato perfetto.
