I had a great stay with PLUSH, the rental unit was just as pictured, very peaceful and I really loved my stay! I will definitely be staying here again when I am in town!
The reception front desk was so rude. I stayed here with some friends on 1 May and our room card wasn't working when we came back from dinner.
We asking the front desk and the guy told us "call or WhatsApp the number in the card cause it's not my problem if the card is not working"
Like ur working there for what? And our call wasn't answered so we were expected to wait for a WhatsApp message for so long and it was already pass 9pm.
The staff on the front desk are very rude. I was queuing up to check in and was told I was in the wrong queue after I got to the front of the queue. There were no signs to inform me what desk was the right one. I stayed for 11 nights and my room was never cleaned. The room I got had a connecting door to the next room with no soundproofing. I travelled on my own and the other hotel guests were very loud in the next room.
Please note that the pictures provided were taken years ago and this is not what your room will look like. The place is outdated and little has been done to maintain the standard. These are not premium suites, i would compare this to an upgraded hostel. The staff are lazy and unprofessional. Very reluctant to help and will sit at the front desk chatting away whilst you sit waiting for hours to be allocated a room. This place has high turnover which they struggle to manage, which means the rooms are given a once over and not a real deep clean. I found blood stains on my pillows and some of the kitchen cupboard doors were hanging off. The shower room was dirty with damp/mould. Towels were stained. The lifts are very slow and struggle to service the 40+ floors, be prepared to queue for 5-10 minutes to get to your room, people will push past you to get in the lift, there is literally no control! Please bear in mind that people also live here permanently, so expect to see people having their monthly shop delivered, blocking the entrance and reception areas. It’s pretty much chaotic. IMPORTANT NOTE! If you do decide to stay in this 2 star hostel, please pay your deposit in cash. I made the mistake of using my credit card and after 4 weeks of checking out they still have not refunded my deposit. They will tell you that it will automatically be refunded when really they just want to keep your money. Don’t even try contacting them, they will ignore you. Very unprofessional. Also the deposit amount depends on your race and not a standard amount for ALL. The location is good, however this place should be avoided if you actually want to experience PREMIUM! There are so many other beautiful spaces in KL with a reasonable price tag. I only chose this place to be closer to the city for the last few days of my trip. Had i known this place was such trash, i would have extended my stay at The Majestic Hotel which was absolutely fabulous!

My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait.

This is a tough one. Great location, the lady that checked me in was awesome. But apartments themselves are not very well maintained, shower faulty, very limited amenities, and shower & bathroom not very well cleaned. Also bed sheets & towels have been recycled so that they look old. The apartment building is awesome, great infinity pool and great staff. But it can get very busy especially at the weekends, elevators are very slow so be prepared. This is not necessarily a bad review, I just want to prepare you future travelers seeking a high end 4 star property with hotel amenities. This is not what you will get, instead you wolll get a nice basic apartment with great views, not much amenities, a washing machine, great location close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Definitely worth a stay but don’t expect high end property or service.
Firstly, it is our first time booking at a service aprtment. As reviews majority, so we decided to give it a try. Upon booking, I sent a message if they do provide amenities for a birthday and I was told no. I kindly asked if I can brung my own cake instead, as this’ll be a surprise, I’ve asked my cousin to send it over and they said yes. On a check in day before we arrive in KL, my cousin told me that the Front desk Wan didn’t want to accept the cake as they don’t keep it for guests (COMMUNICATION FAILED). My plane is about to leave SG, lucky they managed to convinced her. So upon arrival at the premises no greetings at all. No one is that approachable, so I went to counter 4 and told the lady that I have a reservation and I gave my passport. Her answer was, room is not ready yet and check in time is at 3pm. Either we stay and wait or we leave and come back. We asked if we can leave our luggages, yes we can with a charge of RM5(fine). When we came back at night, no one has sent us to the room. When we opened up the room, lights weee off, its sooo freaking hot inside. We have to call someone to asked where the light switches at. Come on guys, there are no signages posted BUT YOU POST ALL DO’s and DON’Ts. We wanted to freshen up and go out again for dinner, towels and all amenities were only for two when i booked and paid for three. Pillow cases has red and black stains, ( which i have a photo of it) extra duvet were used and smelly. Smells like the people who were in there who used it before us, with few hair strands, DISGUSTING! Sofa bed isn’t comfortable as you can feel the metals of sofa when u lie down, sofa bed has soo much stains white and brown and dusty. We have a kitchen and a cooker but no pans, no hand towels, sponge for washing the plates and glass was soo dirty so we have to use our hands to wash, tissue box were empty. Nothing that we can see in the apartments but the view isnonly like a plus points that’s all. 4 lifts they have but has to queue due to slow function of the lifts. Staff weren’t friendly, no greetings, no smile, not helpful. We ain’t staying here again, not even recommending to family and friends. Never Again!

My stay at the hotel was unfortunately marred by several issues. Upon arrival, I found the check-in process to be disorganized and unhelpful. Despite arriving early, it took until 3:10 pm to receive my room keys, with staff members seeming confused and sending me back and forth between counters.
The hotel's lifts were slow, and once in my room, I noticed a pervasive smell of dampness and drainage. Additionally, the thin doors provided little sound insulation, allowing me to hear conversations from neighboring rooms.
One of the most unsettling aspects was the partition door into the adjacent room, which was locked but still made me feel uncomfortable.
It's important to note that the hotel has two sections, Mana Mana and Scarletz KLCC, with the former feeling more like an Airbnb without the full hotel services.
Considering the price paid per night, I expected better conditions and service. I would recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation offering better value for money.
This is the most terrible place I’ve been . Starting from service and finishing the apartment . The water under wc in bathroom , terrible sound protection of the room , no drink water , no cleaning and they took a deposit -100 usd. . One cup . But . I had checkout at the morning and ask about taxi day before . I have to leave at 7 am . The guy on the desk told that somebody will be on desk. I came at 7 for checkout and there are nobody !!!!guys , they start working from 8 am ! And nobody can give my deposit ! They really made me upset from the beginning . Terrible service ,don’t waste your money and time . Don’t make my mistakes .
Nice stay overall. Need for improvement in the pool as there are very few places to sit in comfort. The elevators are horrible especially near checkout time. The elevator passed our floor several times and stopped for people going up. We were advised to join the up elevator as it would be faster. The unit was nice but we were on the highway side which was traffic noisy and the person above us had lead feet and stomped around all hours in the night and early morning.

The property is relatively good however the management- Mana Mana is terrible. They just don’t care about service. I stayed for 14 days and was told that they would change linen every third day but they never changed or cleaned the room. They literally wait for you to ask for service, change of towels, toilet paper and all the toiletries that they said is free. We found our toilet blocked and they accused us of using the toilet paper wrongly. I am 62 and have used toilet paper ever since and cannot be told at this stage how to use toilet paper. Try to find a smaller management company or book directly with the owner. Mana Mana has the same poor standards even in Penang
The unit itself is clean, trash was cleared most days but that's the extent of the daily housekeeping service (which is fine). Would have been nice to have a spare roll of toilet paper and new dish cleaning sponge. The doormen/security staff are super friendly. I'd recommend staying here but...
... Few of the Front desk staff clearly do not like their jobs. There's no warmth and a lack of willingness to help. I checked out at 0830am and the lady receptionist was behaving like it was an inconvenience. She did not acknowledge if my check out was fine until I asked. When I asked if I could leave my luggage, she said no, that I could only do so at 9am when concierge arrives because the staff don't have keys to luggage room. I suggested I kept my room and return at the official check out time, she said no, because the room needed cleaning. After about 5 mins of negotiating, her colleague opened the luggage room and did not issue any tags but said I could just walk in to collect. Around 4pm I came back to collect and was told by concierge that I needed to pay RM5 per piece for storage. After I explained the situation and offered to pay, he reluctantly let me off after I said this process lapse will make it to an online review.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Actually the hotel is very new, the interior, facilities are quite modern, however, it's very poor managed. There're ants on the tables, sofa and even bed!!! I found a few bug bites on my body. It's like a service apartment, so I fully understand that there's minimum hotel service, but not until you got no service at all!!! Basically you can't get any answer from the counter at all. We paid deposit in cash upon check-in, and when check-out, there's no one at counter, only security guard take our name, bank details...until now, I still haven't gotton my refund of deposit and was told it will take 2~3weeks. Anyway, just try to avoid this hotel and its chain business in future.
Great room for the price, view of the city and good location.
It was effectively an aparthotel though so no housekeeping through the 5 nights, and the staff weren't particularly friendly - not all, but no one stood out.
The business centre was decent, and the gym was well-equipped for a hotel. Great pool, though was pretty busy most of the day.
There are not enough lifts though. Obviously can't change that now, but waited up to 20 minutes sometimes, with lifts going past in my direction a LOT.
