Pros:

La proximité du lieu avec les cascades de Semuc.
La gentillesse de l’hôte qui est compréhensif et qui est aidant.

Cons:

On a l’habitude d’aller dans des établissements « roots » mais alors là… c’est très rudimentaire.
Le « lit » est très inconfortable, la chambre fait sale.
Nous n’avons même pas pris de douche car il y avait 6 araignées dans la salle de bain. Une sous notre lit, des insectes un peu partout.
Nous nous en sortons avec une nuit où nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi et des dixaines de piqûres de je ne sais quel insecte ?
L’insonorisation… n’en parlons pas, nous avons écouter notre voisin de chambre ronfler toute la nuit, la musique de l’établissement fin bref.
Nous sommes obligés d’écourter notre séjour.
L’alimentation du restaurant que ce soit petit déjeuner (même des pancakes) n’est pas très bonne.
Nous ne recommandons pas du tout.

Pros:

The location is more than perfect for anyone who wants to visit Semuc Champey early in the morning. It is not far from Lanquin so you can get there by tuk tuk.
And sunrise with the sounds of nature is unbelievable

Cons:

Little old furniture, walls need to be repainted and the bathroom needs complete renovation. But for one night and for that price it's good

Es un hotel local, sencillo y podría tener algo más de comodidades como wifi por ejemplo
Pros:

El personal MUY amable resolvió nuestra necesidad de conexión a internet (inexistente en la posada, nos la dieron desde sus celulares personales) para poder hacer una reunión de trabajo. La comida es muy básica en opciones disponibles... pocas verduras, mas bien fast food o minutas, aunque el desayuno rico. A 10 min caminando de Semuc Champey!

Pros:

Very close to Semuc Champey park. Nice surroundings, river nearby. Electricity all day.

Cons:

Perhaps a bit overrated. Our room strongly smelled moisture, the bathroom smell was barely bearable. Not really the quiet oasis of tranquility as described. The restaurant was on the expensive side.

住在大自然裡，提供接駁車往返蘭金的巴士轉運站，從住宿走路就可以到semuc champey，洞穴探險很好玩、最後會漂漂河回到住宿處，老闆、員工人很好、很友善，餐廳的食物滿好吃的！似乎沒有熱水器，中午很熱，玩水後盡量在中午或下午洗澡，其他一切都很棒！

שהינו לילה אחד
מקום קרוב מאוד לכניסה לברכות של סמוק שמפיי, למערה ולנחל שעליו עושים אבובים.
מוקדם בבוקר כשהגענו עם ההסעה הגיע בחור מאוד נחמד לקחת אותנו למלון.
בקבלה השתדלו להיענות לבקשות שלנו ולעזור.
המקום עצמו מאוד בסיסי.. חשמל יש בפרקי זמן מאוד מסויימים ואין מים חמים..

Cons:

אין חנות או מסעדות באיזור. חייבים לאכול במקום עצמו.
אמנם קרוב לבריכות ואפשר ללכת אליהן ברגל אך רחוק מאזור מרכזי.

Clean, simple accomodations right on the river.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. The staff super nice and helpful. They organised our tours and transport. Freddy our guide in the caves was fantastic. We expected super simple and were pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

There is no electricity only a generator a few hours a day in the evening.
They didnt have filtered water for the guests so we had to buy and use many bottles.
No hot water for the showers.
The bed was narrow and the blanket was like a scarf.

absolutely enjoyable, within walking distance to all activities, a very nice stay.
