Very bad experience..or I can say that worst experience of my life.. actually owner or person on reception kept on telling to come to hotel as I called many times that for confirmation about my room because I got some reports from my known persons about this hotel that many cases of people were asked extra money when reached at hotel and in some cases already booked room were already given to someone else due to getting extra payment.

I called many times asking that confirm my booked room is available..he told yes and when I reached there at night 2100 hrs..he told that room is not available.. you can search in some other hotel. When I asked that what about my booking ..he told me that "you can speak to through which you booked the room"....even he was talking very rudely. After that I kept on roaming here and there by night 1230 hrs with my family and suffered a lot as it was a day when many persons came to that area due to reporting of new B.Tech. batch at IIT Kanpur..saw many hotels but didn't get a room ..some hotel of very unhygienic condition I got but couldn't take as smelling badly.. finally stayed at a place with reference of one of my relative. It was a the worst day of my life.. actually I could have gone to some hotel in city but it was night time ..my son had to report to IIT Kanpur next dat morning 0700 hrs and my wife was ill.

Please do the needful so that someone else should not suffer in future. Booking sites also should be easily contactable.
