No Cleanliness, only one person appointed for whole Hotel to manage cleaning, hotel reception person attitude. everything was just to make money but not providing quality service

No ventilation at all in room. Cleanliness was not good.There were mosquitoes in room and basin was not clean when we went.

I have several things to say about my stay.

1. I booked this hotel because it had many positive reviews on Booking.com. However, after arriving, I realized how those reviews might have been obtained. The manager and another person (whom the manager addressed as "Sir") tried to log into my Booking.com account. They asked me for a security code that had been sent to my email, claiming it was part of the booking process. As soon as I read the email, I realized what they were trying to do. I confronted the manager, and he had nothing to say afterward. Unfortunately, I had no other option at that time, and since my family was with me, I decided not to argue further.

2. These rooms do not deserve more than ₹500 per night.

3. When I entered the room, it was untidy, and there was hair all over the floor. I stayed for three days, and despite repeated requests, they never mopped the floor even once. On the first day, they only swept it with a broom. After that, the manager kept making excuses.

4. The bedsheets were not changed during my entire stay.

5. There were no basic bathroom amenities in the room—not even handwash.

6. I request Booking.com to investigate this property. If your website lists hotels at such high prices, you should verify whether they actually meet reasonable standards. Because of misleading listings like this, customers end up suffering.

It was worst hotel experience I ever had”

We booked this hotel, well in advance and paid entire money. When we reached the hotel, we were told that no rooms are available, despite having confirmed,PREPAID booking.

They said apne karwayi hogi booking, sabhi karwate hai, pahle paise bhi diye hai, to bhi room full ho gaye hai.

They shifted us to another hotel half an hour away, where rooms were terrible, AC WERE DRIPPING, water from AC flowing on the floor. TOILETS unclean. Lifts and AC not working,(lite nahi hai) we climbed 2 floors with our old mother. Finally we CHECKED out in 15.minutes and booked another hotel. We had physical, mental as well as financial Trauma. Worst hotel booking experience. Probably I'll not book any oyo hotel in future.

I had a highly disappointing experience during my recent visit to Kanpur. Right after arriving in the extreme heat, I asked for basic drinking water at the front desk, and the staff flatly denied my request at first. Furthermore, the room I originally booked was unavailable at check-in time. They take multiple prepaid booking for a single room, but why?? It took a full hour of waiting and contacting customer care to finally get a room assigned. Later, the staff also refused my request for extra food. To make matters worse, the electricity supply in the area is poor. Overall, the management were not good, and I do not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom has old rusted pipes. The rooms are also old and don’t look like the pictures of the property. During my stay, it rained twice and both times the room was flooded with water. The rooms weren’t very well cleaned either and there were quite a few insects and bugs in the room. The food service is also very poor and looks quite unhygienic

It was not clean, full of dirt and mosquito and cockroach, no towel, after asked for 4 times a torn towel was provided, food inside is not good

The rooms dont look anything like the pictures. They dont have locks in their rooms, some rooms reek of cigarettes. The staff dont do anything to help out. Oyo isnt going to help either because they just have a bunch of idiots for customer care who are going to piss you off even more. Serious safety concerns and no backup whatsoever. Find another place.
