Solved problems, but not returning
Pros:

basic room worked out well enough; extra bed mattresses; good view; aircon worked well.

Cons:

terrible elevator situation - on a weekend just give up and ride the elevator up in order to be able to ride down, often crowded many floors, one elevator not inservice. Nobody seems to walk these properties before guests arrive - had to get the TV/internet connected (or paid by owner?), water heater circuit had flipped, but took me a day to figure that out... kitchen not really clean.

Clean accommodation, but the facilities, internet service, and guest support need improvement.

The unit was clean and well-maintained upon arrival.

Attempt to overcharge
Pros:

Location & pool

Cons:

Staff, netflix no login and password ready, hard to find the password on internet, not ready need to go to lobby and ask for it, not accomodating at all, we want to extend hours and they want to overcharge than the posted rate.

Easy checkin.

Cons:

Yes its not a hotel but you are making money out of it. A decent towel, bedsheets, etc wouldnt hurt your pocket.
