The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect.
This is a classic, high end hotel situated in a Gurgaon just near by metro station. The services was outstanding, I normally avoid eating in the hotel restaurants while traveling, but in this hotel, I strongly suggest you try them all. This is outstanding restaurant choices of breakfast buffet has something for every taste. The hotel very well maintained and clean. Excellent meeting rooms are located in a separate building on the grounds. If in Gurgaon on business, bring along your spouse and let them enjoy the in your budget of this wonderful hotel. Highly Recommended.

The hotel is Cozy, quiet, and very comfortable.... The staff was very appreciable and they went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. In addition to this the maintenance was very good...I Would definitely like to visit again.
Great Location. Neat and clean Place , Room size is quite good in comparison to many close by . Food is delicious and served with warmth. Best part is the hospitality which is excellent, had a long stay and have been more than comfortable. Location and price. Reception staff were excellent.
Property is old and dated, but that is not the problem. You still expect cleanliness, and items in room eg towel, soap, and a clean bathroom. I arrived at 12MN and there was no hot water. We got there in the end with talking to the cleaning boys. Sadly, after eating food a la carte from the restaurant, I became severely sick. Only after asking for bisleri water 3 times and limbu soda to hydrate myself, it finally came at 5am. The hotel is not bad, but service can be improved.
As per the booking, complementary breakfast was included. However the hotel denied the same, even after showing the booking details.
Toilet is not clean, rather dirty. plywood panels have peeled off at some places in the room.
