The hotel is old and 47,000 Tenge is not value of it to be honest.

Location, breakfast and view from the 21st floor

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working and had to leave the window open which was very noisy due to traffic in central Astana. The air conditioning needs urgent fix as the temperature was hot in summer times. The property is very old and requires a good modernization/ renovation. The spa is not part of the hotel and is at the back of the hotel in another building which is very small.

Viesnīcas istaba ar novalkātu paklāju un atlupušām tapetēm, istabiņas tīrīšana 4 dienu garumā netika veikta, vismaz nekas par to neliecināja, tikai saklāja gultu, salocīja dvieļus un viss, atkritumu tvertnes iznesa vienu reizi. Logs uz pilsētu ar tiešām skaistu skatu, bet pilsētas ielu troksnis un arī viesnīcas 3 stāva bāra troksnis bija ļoti skaļi, pie atvērta loga gulēt nevarēju

WiFi в номере практически отсуствовал. Многочисленные обращения не ресепшен не улучшили соединение. Если планируете работать через интернет в номере, то Вам точно не в этот отель. Попросил разбудть в определённое время (звонком) перед самолётом. Пообещали, но не позвонили
