Było bardzo średnio, ale dobrze jak na Astanę.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta. Pokój duży z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo ciekawy budynek.

Cons:

W pokoju było około 30 stopni celcjusza co praktycznie uniemożliwiało sen. Strefa spa jest w opłakanym stanie, pod prysznicami ogromne ilości grzyba, a farba odchodzi wielkimi kawałami.

Goede locatie maar de rest was bouwwerf.
Pros:

De ligging was perfect. Centraal gelegen.

Cons:

Het is een bouwwerf.
Geen zwembad daarvoor moet je bij de buren gaan.
Fitness?? Niet gezien .
Rooftop restaurant, bar ! Het dak was eraf en werken bezig.
Buffet restaurant?? Enkel keuze Europees Russisch of Amerikaans eten geserveerd op een bordje. Geen keuze mogelijk en dikwijls koud.

Жила в номере делюкс с видом на байтерек, просторный уютный номер. можно просто сидеть и любоваться городом

Отель расположен в центре города, все в шаговой доступности. Персонал отзывчивый. Рекомендую

Perfekte Lage! Geldwechselstube und Bankomat in der Lobby sowie
Einkaufszentrum, Aussichtspunkte, und Park in der Nähe.
Wenn ich wieder komme werde ich definitiv in dieser Umgebung etwas buchen.
Das Hotel entspricht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Ich war weder am Frühstück weder im Nebengebäude wo der Pool ist,
darum kann ich nur über die Lage, Sauberkeit etc. berichten.

Добрый день. Не первый раз останавливаемся в Дипломате. До этого всегда было хорошо. В этот раз, было отвратительно. Хотели после завтрака отдохнуть. Муж после вахты вернулся уставший, хотел поспать. А тут в 8 утра включили перфоратор над нами поспать не удалось. Почему руководство гостиницы не регулирует процессы ремонта. Можно же жильцов в одной части здании заселять, ремонт в другой части делать. И в утренние часы не шуметь. Плюс ещё, когда строителей перевели в другое место, стали приходить горничные с уборкой, такое ощущение, что нас хотели выжить. У них это получилось. Больше останавливаться в этой гостиницы не будем. Такое отношение к клиентам нас не устраивает.

Я хотел сказать одно когда я бронировал номер написал что самолёт прилить с опозданием! Мне ответили если заезд будет 20 по 21 утром 06:00 то оплата будет 50% от стоимости номера. При оплате взяли 100% как это понять скажите пожалуйста???
