Pros:

Единственное, что не понравилось при проживании в отеле-это организация и содержание завтрака. Долгое ожидание, скудный ассортимент, низкие вкусовые качества. Очень многие гости из-за долгого ожидания просто вставали и уходили, не дождавшись. Распечатанный вариант меню отсутствует. Официанты показывают снимки блюд на экране своего смартфона для выбора, что очень неудобно, особенно для людей, пришедших на завтрак без очков.

Cons:

Лучше вернуться к существовавшему ранее в отеле варианту завтрака по принципу "шведского стола".

Pros:

Большой отель в самом центре новой Астаны с видом на Байтерек. Вся площадь из окна действительно как на ладони.

В номере есть все необходимое. Он большой (если не сказать огромный). Шум (внизу проходит оживленная улица) практически не мешает.

Cons:

Завтрак стоит брать только если вы хотите съесть его на летней веранде с видом на площадь (это уровень третьего этажа где-то). Сам он довольно грустный, хотя и обильный. Доступны три фиксированных варианта, шведского стола не было. Вокруг масса заведений где за те же деньги можно найти что-то поинтереснее.

Еще вечером выбило пробки) Но правда электрик пришел довольно быстро.

- просторные номера
- удобный, комфортный матрас

Из минусов:
- персонал в ресторане при отеле чуть некомпетентный. Хостес которая посадила за столик сказала что через полчаса начнется полная посадка и меня одного пересадят за другой столик.
- блюдо в ресторане (мясо утки) было просто подогретое, резиновое и пересушенное, невозможно было есть и жевать.
- в 9 утра в воскресенье начали работать перфоратором на верхнем этаже. Было и смешно и нет.
- фуршет на завтрак отсутствует. Только готовые 3 блюда из пережаренных сосисок.

Old hotel but very big room, good location in city center, very poor breakfast

Very big room, location is in the main city center, big supermarket and shopping mall near by. few minutes walk to Beiterek.

Cons:

Really non-professional breakfast. I have been in this hotel with good buffet. Now they change to ala carte 3 menus for you to choose. We have to wait for staff to ask which menu we like and wait for our breakfast to serve. This process take us another 15-20 minutes for nothing. Breakfast is worse than 3* hotels. We do not mind to pay extra money for buffet breakfast but no choice. I heard owner of hotel has been changed. All in all, I like this hotel just only extremely does not like their breakfast.

Pros:

Безусловно, расположение отеля отличное. Доступ ко всем центральным достопримечательностям. В холле есть обменный пункт валюты. Огромный номер с огромной кроватью:)) Есть мини холодильник, кулер на этаже, чайник в номере (пакетики с чаем). Ванные принадлежности - шампунь, душ-гель, ушные палочки, зубная щетка и даже бритвенный станок.

Cons:

Отель конечно уставший. Не грязный, но видно что уработанный. Стекла снаружи не вымыты, возможно еще помоют, так что вид на Байтерек через грязное окно:). Дюзы в дождевой лейке в душе наполовину закупорены (водный камень), и воды идет половина:) Подушка слишком высокая, но это беда всех отелей. Нет сейфа. Завтрак по принципу - к тебе подошли и предложили выбрать из 2-3 вариантов завтрака. Про шведский стол забудьте:)

Pros:

Все понравилось, кроме электричества в номере. Не понятно было какой выключатель отвечает за какую розетку. А обслуживание на высоте. Но нигде нет информации что spa не в отеле. За это минус
