Pros:

The booking manager, Lionel, was outstanding. VERY responsive and helpful in all matters. He answered texts promptly and was very accommodating for our stay as the hotel was not excessively busy despite it being the middle of high season, the week before Sundance. The room itself was very comfortable. We loved the 3! Fireplaces! The room had everything we needed for an extended stay.

Cons:

The room was very close to the main road, but it wasn’t terribly noisy

Pros:

The condo was super comfortable and cozy, in a perfect location. The blackout curtains were AMAZING as were the views and the overall property. The steak house in the hotel was also super delicious and the hospitality management was very fast at responding and helpful and friendly. We also got a super great rate for the property. 10/10!

We loved Hotel Park City!
Pros:

The condo had a great layout and was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we loved having the hot tub, spacious living room, and well-equipped kitchen. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the spa was a highlight of our stay! It was the best massage we have ever had!

Cons:

After arriving, some staff members informed us that guests staying in the private condos do not have access to the shuttle service. Some shuttle drivers were happy to take us wherever we needed to go, while other times when we called for a ride, we were told they couldn’t pick us up. The inconsistency made transportation frustrating.

Housekeeping let down.
Pros:

After arriving to an unprepared unit, Booking. Com was very proactive in helping to get issues resolved. The unit has a great floor plan and I did booking into the hotel’s spa and enjoyed the experience.

Cons:

The low score is due to arriving to a condo not serviced and prepared for us. Used sheets on the bed, dirty dishes on the dining room table, unserved bathrooms etc. Hard to pay premium and get this.

A perfect way for a lovely getaway
Pros:

We have stayed there 3 times, it’s a perfect getaway for us! We live only 30 miles away, but it’s a relaxing weekend for us!

Cons:

The parking is a bit of a challenge and the air conditioners are loud at night! But we improvise with earplugs👍
