Pros:

Worst hostel/hotel i have ever lived in.

Generally speaking the staff makes me feel uncomfortable in whole experience. All they were talking about was money. I booked another hotel and checked out Maktub on the same day.

Location: far from city centre, hard to get a taxi, don't consider if you're not driving.

Service:
1. Staff is unprofessional with zero English understanding.
2. I have notified the hotel via whatsapp we'll arrive at 1pm but onsite staff insisted to charge us CLP10,000 for early check-in. Later i checked with whatsapp support and they said they charged CLP15,000 for early check-in. The price varies. Later the onsite staff said no charge needed so that we got our room at 2pm. But whatsapp support insisted we needed to pay.
3. Later we requested for taxi to go out city centre. The staff said they could drive us out with a fee CLP4,000, instead of calling a taxi and wait. We accepted the offer but then the 3 staff also hopped on the truck. They needed to go out to city centre originally but they were charging us. And when they collected money from us they smiled like thieves.

Facility:
1. So-called free WiFi is a cellphone hotspot from the staff, which could only be connected near the office but not in room.
2. Swimming pool is a fountain, not for swimming.

We loved our stay in Atacama and much of it had to do with our accommodations at the lodge.

Un peu loin de tout...
Pros:

Un lodge, un motel plutôt, assez loin de la ville, donc il faut absolument être motorisé pour venir là. En plus ce n'est pas facile à trouver et pas facile d'accès non plus. Cela dit lorsque vous êtes là c'est plutôt tranquille, si c'est cela que l'on recherche. Le soir c'est très tranquille, il y a une cuisine à disposition et beaucoup d'hôtes se font leur popote !!
Les chambres sont assez simples, confortables sans plus et la salle de bain est plutôt petite mais la douche est agréable et chaude. Le lit n'est pas très grand mais confortable avec une bonne couverture pour les nuits froides. Il n'y a pas de climatisation.
Le petit-déjeuner est assez sommaire mais fait l'affaire.
L'accueil est plutôt sympa, uniquement en espagnol, par Angie. Nous n'avons pas vu la propriétaire...
L'isolation phonique des chambres n'est pas terrible, il faut espérer avoir des voisins cools !!

Me gustó todo! Es un planeta distinto, ideal para desconectarse, ir en pareja, ver las estrellas y disfrutar del cielo tanto de dia como de noche.

Recomiendo ir en auto, hay estacionamiento dentro. Desayuno genial, un dia me hicieron un paquete de desayuno para llevar dado que saliamos 5.30 am a ver los Geysers.

Incrível. Muito cuidadosos e atenciosos. Camila muitos prestativa, Wagner e sua esposa muito atenciosos e Eugênia muito querida nos ajudou seu bom trabalho ecom transporte.
