Pros:

the rooms are comfortable and clean

Cons:

the ppl the most of the night i was up cause its alot of traffic in and out ...and the it was alot of drug addicts that was soo annoying and loud
and the front desk did nothing when i complain ...soo this stay this time was not relaxing and the breakfast they do not make enough food by 7:30 there is nothing left

The staff cleans very well.

Cons:

The customer base has changed. You have couples fighting and yelling during the night. The hotel is starting to look like a homeless shelter.

I don't like when I have to check out after 2 weeks and come back later.

Overall, the stay was fine, we switched rooms because the room we had bathroom smelled like someone had smoked and tried
Pros:

It was clean but the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The person who had the room before us was probably smoking in the bathroom.

Cons:

They got rid of the WIfi which is ridiculous especially how if you are in your hotel room it would be nice to watch a movie on Netflix or prime. They are trying to cut costs and got rid of streaming services. Not a good look for business.

Only good thing was it was fairly close to cruise terminals.
Pros:

Rooms have no closets and no place for suitcases. There is more room in a prison cell.

Tiny rooms constent hallway noise throughout the night.

Wonderful every time!
Pros:

I love how clean, efficient & friendly they are. I love the free breakfast includes eggs! I love that there is no deposit fee upon entry it makes my stay a lot more affordable & means I can book more often with them when I’m in the area! Love this spot!

Cons:

Everything is great down to the bedding & soaps!
