Room Service Very Bad, breakfast timing given upto 10.00am but few live breakfast item closed earlier by 9.30am.
Room service delivery of foods too late due to less numbers of service staff and team

Cons:

The staff. The staff is absolutely awful and uncooperative. The night manager Praveen is a 26 year old rookie and extremely rude. Booking.com shows this as a genius level property but it’s a total scam. The above mentioned staff member who is supposed to work night shift, I caught him sleeping in the lobby everytime I returned after my day. And after I tried explained to him that it gives the property a terrible reputation.. he argued with me.

And then when I asked for the receipt of my payment I get a picture of a screenshot. So unprofessional.
I take my business elsewhere.

Not great but I've stayed in much worse.
Pros:

The hotel itself, the building, was very good. There was hot water, clean towels and a comfortable bed. The staff were lovely. The food we ordered for lunch and dinner was really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited in its range of foods. The toaster was turned on and off using the end of the bread knife! There was no juice available. Toilet roll was rationed and we had to request it. No fridge, no safe in the room.

Maintenance, its all cleaned and especially washrooms well maintained, staff they are so welcoming, safety and their complementary breakfast just wow❤️
This was my second time, and i will be staying here only for my next work trips

A homely retreat for everyone to lay back and relax. Enjoyed with family.
Pros:

Location is close to city center. Well maintained and very courteous staff. New hotel and everything fresh. Prompt response to requests.

Cons:

Food options may be increased. Bathrooms are very clean but floors may have anti-skid mat to avoid trip and fall.
