Las habitaciones
El turco no estaba adecuado para el uso en cuanto a limpieza
excelentes instalaciones. Las habitaciones amplias, buen agua caliente. Camadas comodas. El personal super agradable y dispuesto.
Las toallas de la piscina deben ser renovadas urgente. Hubo una fiesta el fin de semana y duran hasta las 0100 horas, por lo que hasta esa hora...no dormiras. Las cortinas dejan pasar la luz, por lo que te despertaras a las 6 de la mañana, deben invertir y colocar black out. La gente que va a la piscina puede ser ruidosa

Los cuartos se escuchan todo de los cuartos vecinos.

La ubicación, en un sitio tranquilo, perfecto para descansar
- El desayuno estuvo rico, pero nada excepcional.
- Las instalaciones son bonitas, hay ciertos detalles que cuidar, por ejemplo, uno que otro foco quemado, las raquetas y pelotas de ping pong necesitan ser reemplazadas, etc.
- El café del desayuno es malo
- Nos dijeron que los calentadores de la piscina estaban dañados, no se si realmente tendrán, pero un calentador solar les vendría super bien
It's a nice property, but ruined by loud drunks, and inattentive staff. Restaurant over-priced and not that great.
We asked for a quiet room, but they put us next to a very loud party that carried on past midnight, despite the front desk saying it would end at 11 p.m. The entire hotel is unsuitable for children after 6 p.m. Lots of people drinking and smoking, and loads of glass bottles by the pool. Even in the day there were young couples being inappropriate in the jacuzzis so that our children could not go in the heated pools :-( Also when my daughter cut her foot in the pool and was bleeding the front staff just gave her a tissue and ignored us. Earlier they refused to give the children towels when they were staying there shivering.
The pools were very nice, and the grounds are very pretty. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.
There was a very loud party and rude young drunk people around the pool and playground area telling families to leave because they wanted to have a party. During the day there was a young couple acting very inappropriately in the jacuzzi and they scared the children and families away. Both pools were not family friendly after sunset with many glass beer bottles around the pool and lots of smoking people. Also the noise was terrible. I guess this happens every weekend. When my daughter cut open her foot in the pool the front desk staff just gave us a tissue for her very bloody foot and then left, they did not show much concern or want to help. But I guess during the week it is more quiet.
