Hat Potenzial – momentan nicht zu empfehlen.
Cons:

Zimmer muss dringend Grund gesäubert werden. Es ist sichtbar, dass ihr schon lange niemand mehr wirklich richtig geputzt hat. Zudem war unser Badezimmer überhaupt gar nicht geputzt, als wir einen ankamen und auch der Boden zeige deutlich, dass hier niemand einen Besen in die Hand genommen hatte.
Auch im Kühlschrank waren noch klebriger Reste, der Papierkorb wies ebenfalls starke Verschmutzungen auf.
Der Vermieter melden sich zwar dann schriftlich, telefonieren war nicht möglich, doch die nach 1 Stunde erschienene Reinigungskraft hatte keine wirkliche Ahnung, wie man ein Zimmer säubert. Er tat sein Bestes – und das war leider sehr wenig.

Pros:

Nicely decorated, very spacious for a studio - more like a 1-bedroom unit with the wall removed. Very clean and nice layout. I stayed for 4 days and extended for another 3 days. Very convenient location.

Pros:

Great location - very near a mall and grocery. Lots of options for dining nearby. Well equipped room for a short stay. Very responsive hosts. Quick and easy check-in and check-out process.
