Adequate room, but low kerb appeal.
Pros:

The room was clean and had the minimum requirement necessities in the kitchen area, but the entrance outside was disgustingly dirty and awash with litter. My room looked out onto over flowing rubbish bins. The noise was awful...sound proofing is non existent and noise went on until the small hours every night. I gave feedback to the property team rather than choose to review online as I do not like to give bad reviews, but when no-one responded I decided to review anyway. Never again.

Cons:

Litter, noise and no response from management (Rama was lovely and said he would pass on the issues, but the management did not feel the need to respond)

Lovely space, great location...very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The head board wasn't quite fitted to the bed properly but it didn't affect my stay.

Handy value stay
Pros:

Great location,good for bus or tram,near several parks,shops nearby.

Traffic could be noisey at night.

Room was clean and as pictured

Cons:

I didn't check the communal areas as had everything I needed in the room. Bathroom was clean, if I were to search for something I would say that the shower hose could do with a scrub, but that is nitpicking a bit as I'd stay here again happily
