Location, airport shuttle
Bed was lumpy. Breakfast not good.
I like the location and the games for the kids.
I did not like the pillows were flat pancakes and we tried to get 2 extra but could not. They said the entire property had no extra. That was after being told I’ll call you and let you know. No one called and I had to go back to lobby to ask again. There was hair short and long hair all over our toilet and under the when you lifted it. We had no body wash. The bottle was empty! Tried to call front desk but the phone wasn’t working. We just went and bought some at store. The breakfast wasn’t replenished. At 9:15am pancake batter was empty. We ask to make more she said ok but never brought out another batch. Just tried to wait it out til breakfast closed. So we never got pancakes. If breakfast goes until 10 you should replenish until then.

I enjoyed the free breakfasts and the fact they have a lot of breakfast items to choose from.I also enjoyed playing pool and watching the world cup at the TV section of the lobby that they had.The gym and laundry room was great too.
I had a wonderful stay.No complain.
Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable. They made good use of the small space in the rooms. Really close to the airport but still couldn't hear any plane traffic.
