Awful!
Cons:

Was not able to access the property due to owner not revealing the room number. Could not get past security. Owner contact number was not available. Security tried their best to contact owner. After one hour, forced to book elsewhere. Terrible experience.

Pros:

The location was okay

Cons:

Unfortunately, we decided not to sleep at all. The place was not clean when we arrived, there were hairs on the bed, the bathroom is clean though but the extra sheet for the extra bed is used already. On top of that, the doorknob to the main room was broken, which made us feel unsafe. I tried to reach out to the host for help about the problem, but I was completely ignored—just seen-zoned for my other concern and got a late response (10pm~ish) to be exact. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and communication. I wouldn’t recommend this listing unless major improvements are made. Thank you.

Peaceful tranquility
Pros:

It was perfect for me and my new fiance. Quiet and cozy! Would happily stay again!

Cons:

Only thing I didn't like was having to leave the Philippines and my fiance and family behind to come back to the USA

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The condo is in a walkable, peaceful, and private location, making it perfect for relaxation. The unit itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, offering a real 'home away from home' vibe. I loved how the unit faced the amenities, and the hot and cold water options added extra convenience.

The host was very responsive and friendly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Cons:

The only minor issue I can say is the shower wire holder that needs to be replaced.

Cozy!!
Pros:

Kitchenette is handy, it felt like home. The pool is a bonus. Security guards are helpful and friendly. Location is very good as it is close to the shops. There's a little view from the 5th floor balcony. This is a very comfortable unit and will definitely stay here again when I am back in CDO. There were four of us and still plenty of space to move around.

Cons:

No free parking if you take your vehicle and parking attendant wanted his money straightaway. We didn't have internet/wifi on our 2nd day of stay.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Staycation Condo. Everything about this condo was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and a homey vibe, and the owner was very accommodating and kind - would go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place 💖

Cons:

Nothing in particular - any issues rise, it will be solved promptly.

I would choose another property
Pros:

The host was kind to make us check in a little early than the scheduled time

Cons:

The property is far from restaurants and mall. You have to take a taxi every time you go somewhere. Not accessible for public transportation. Only 1 bed and a couch that can not be laid out. So one of us was on the floor on a mattress. The unit is only good for 2 pax
