Tranquilo, local organizado e silencioso. Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Da forma de ingresso, ouve problemas com a senha da porta de acesso, fiquei exposto na rua na madrugada, porém em todo momento o rapaz que me atendeu ao telefone foi solicito e preocupado com a situação. Talvez melhorar essa parte do acesso. Sorte que uma moça saiu no portão da garagem minutos depois e consegui entrar.

O quarto não tem janela, parece uma clausura. O banheiro é compartilhado e a porta do quarto de acesso ao corredor do banheiro é frágil e tem contato com o quarto do hóspede vizinho.
