This is a homestay and not a hotel. Breakfast is limited to 1 dish.
Pros:

Location was good and property was clean

Cons:

1. Staff behavior was rude
2. AC was not working
3. Bathroom flush was not working
4. Breakfast had only 1 item - could choose 1 between 2 options only
5. Coffee sachets in room was only for the checkin day and not refilled for the remaining days. When asked, they said it's applicable only for the first day.
6. It was not mentioned anywhere that this is a homestay
7. No room service
8. Took 3% extra payment for using card
9. No airport transfers

Pros:

Прекрасный управляющий, всегда готов был помочь. Очень вкусный суп фото на завтрак, рекомендую. Номер чистый, аккуратный. Расположение прекрасное, недалеко от моря и от Венеции.

Cons:

Номера немного маловаты,но в целом это касается всех отелей в данном районе.

Pros:

Excellent location, just 3 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from the center of Grand World, on a quiet street. Clean rooms with large, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. A perfect place for its price.

Рекомендуем отель для проживания на севере острова, куда рекомендуем съездить всем, кто там не был
Pros:

У нас был номер на 4 этаже, лифт работал хорошо. В номере был балкон со столом, стульями, там же я повесила веревку для сушки купальников. В номере было 2 небольшие комнаты, причем в каждой были кровать, телевизор и кондиционер, В номере был и холодильник, и чайник, и фен, в общем все что надо. Из обслуживающего персонала были только хозяин и его помощница, которые занимались, и заселением, и уборкой, и приготовлением еды, и прекрасно со всем справлялись. Балкон выходил на пешеходную улицу, очень красивую, особенно вечером, когда зажигалась подсветка. Рядом находился небольшой магазин и женщина продающая фрукты, легко можно было купить все необходимое. Если пойти направо от отеля, то за 5 минут доходили до пляжа,. Рядом есть и бесплатный пляж, и кусок пляжа выделен за плату, там дают добавочно полотенца и матрасы, цена ниже чем на пляже Кхем.
Но пляжные полотенца дают и в отеле. Если идти налево, то выйдите к "Венеции" с ее красивыми набережными, и дальше за дорогой парк Grand Word с интересными скульптурами, рядом музей, где есть и храм и павильоны вьетнамского национального искусства. На любом транспорте тук-туке или бесплатном автобусе очень легко и быстро добраться до Сафари парка.

Cons:

На завтрак к сожалению отсутствовал заварной кофе, был только растворимый.
