Pros:

Pros:

Horrible experience. I travel a lot and had been to many many places but this was the worst experience ever.
Very tiny rooms, completely opposite of what was shown in Google photos.
Room service too much delayed.
No hot water at all even during cold days when it had rained heavily. When asked for it, they kept giving vague answers first, then Manager was not ready to accept that there was no hot water, then suddenly he said he himself had bathed in hot water just few minutes ago, then he said due to some issue in next room I didn't get got water, then again he said due to rains we couldn't get got water and finally after multiple requests I got lukewarm water after 3 hours (not hot water).
Electricity goes off frequently and there is no generator back up hence no light, AC in room and lifts also don't work.
At the time of check out even after making my payment for tea and coffee, just because of miscommunication among staff members they kept calling me even after check out and were using swear words, even though the manager checked the room himself.
I had never experienced such things in any hotel till date.

Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

The property was excellent, I had stayed for 2 night a day and the service provided was excellent. Manager Ripon was very helpful along with the other staff

Pros:

Location was perfect, close to my workspace. Rooms are good, especially bathrooms. Property looks newly built. Prices are affordable and they have different categories as per budget. Good connectivity. Staff is friendly and polite.

My experience was great. Spacious and affordable rooms. Room service was exceptional and specifically front desk. Good food and relaxing beds. Clean and well maintained. Also good offers by owner.

Great stay. Exceptional service.
Pros:

Centrally located property, close to proximity of major workplaces. Rooms were really good and clean. Specially bathrooms are hygienic and well kept. As it’s on prime location its would seem busy on streets. I had quiet room on back. Room service was quick and efficient with well behaved staff. Front desk was professional and my check-in process was smooth.

Comfortable place. Great location. One of the best in town.
Pros:

My experience was really great with this hotel. Experienced staff. Friendly and helpful. Clean and well kept rooms. Also they had a coffee machine that was helpful with my morning routine. Bathrooms are well cleaned. They have smart TV’s in their rooms which makes life much easier with netflix and prime. Calm and private space. Also they had breakfast available in morning. Overall I had a wonderful stay.

Great stay. Good & clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff were very co-operative and helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept. Food was good. They also have a beautiful rooftop which gets you a good to go environment. Beds are soft and bathrooms are clean. The hotel also helped me with a good upgrade. Would love to visit again.
