It was a pleasant stay as it was very quiet and polite reception staff.
Pros:

The location and the ambience of the area.

Cons:

The room is not so clean and the toilets and bathroom are very dirty and with lots of bugs. Wash basin don’t have tap controls.

Crawlies are everywhere. The cabinet under the sink so dirty, infested by cockroach; area underneath the cabinet even dirtier.

Tv has missing remote. Replacement is broken.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, das Management könnte besser sein.......
Pros:

Check in war eine Zumutung, unter der Buchungsnummer wurde nichts gefunden und man wollte ein Bild/Screenshot von dem Zimmer sehen welches ich gebucht hatte. Letztendlich hat man uns dann ein Zimmer gezeigt mit einem Doppelbett welches ggf für Hobbits geeignet gewesen wäre. Man hat uns dann ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt im Bereich vom Parkplatz welches über ein größeres Bett verfügte -> Aufpreis : 600 PHP. Die Kopfkissen dort waren viel zu hoch gepolstert und zu hart so das ich kaum schlafen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Aircon (split type) lief sehr leise, war somit kein Störfaktor. Handtücher mussten angefordert werden, Pflegeprodukte bzw Hygieneartikel waren keine vorhanden. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat einen phantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Essen im Restaurant war ok, da gab es nichts auszusetzen.....

Cons:

Zu zähes einchecken, hat zu lange gedauert da sich die Dame am Empfang auch ständig durch andere Gäste ablenken lies. Quittung über die Zuzahlung von 600 PHP hatte ich 3 x reklamiert aber letztendlich keine erhalten. Kopfkissen zu hoch und zu hart. Kein Shampoo oder Duschgel (auch keine Seife) im Badezimmer vorhanden. Handtücher mussten erst angefordert werden....

Hotel bait and switch!
Pros:

Initially was impressed with response and what the facilities looked like when I got there. After that it went downhill fast. Tons of stray cats all sorts of frogs, lizards everywhere

Cons:

Ants, spiders, and worms in room didn’t make a big deal of this at first because of the short stay but after first night it got worse. Then I prepaid for breakfast but coffee was not included and had to pay for that and next morning got pancakes to be told that is not a breakfast item so at check out had to pay 4910 pesos for a coffee and pancakes paid because I just wanted to leave and never return

Would not recommend it although it is one of the very few options in the area.
Pros:

Clean room.

Cons:

We were given a new room. Beware that the new rooms are on the other side of the road and look out on the parking lot.

One of the swimming pools was closed and we were not informed beforehand. Only the small pool was open which is too small for all the hotel guests + day visitors. When asked why, we were given multiple and conflicting “reasons”, which was very disappointing.

Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

There was no water in the morning. The lady at the front desk said they turn it off and turn it back on at 5:30. We couldn't bathe nor flush the toilet. The room smelled like insect repellant too. The swimming pool was not even blue. It had green water.

Disappointing
Cons:

They shut the hot water at night and turn it on like at 5pm. So you can't flush the toilet. The room smelled like baygon insect repellant spray. The decor had a lot of plastic despite the garden having beautiful plants. The swimming pool was green and yet some people swam in it.

It was very comfortable and staff was helpful when we had problems.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was very good. The grounds and layout are beautiful. It is in a great location in the countryside.

Cons:

One shower did not have hot water. We had no bathroom key when it got locked. The vertical blinds were partially broken.
