It’s a scam
Pros:

Cons:

This place is a typical tourist trap. The property looks gorgeous on the picture but from the moment we woke in, we felt unwelcome and trapped.

The staff seemed unhappy and busy exclusively writing fake reviews for the hotel. When we asked for a room on a higher floor (the river makes a roaring noise), we were told all rooms were booked – while dozens of room keys were hanging behind the reception. At breakfast (where we were alone) all tables were dirty, with piling dirty dishes and it smelled accordingly. There was no coffee in the pot, no juice, no tea cups for hot drinks. When we asked again and again to have at least a tea cup, the staff reacted as if we were a nuisance. It’s particularly striking in the country famous for hospitality and great food.

When it rained outside and we asked to borrow one of the umbrellas standing by the hotel entrance, we were told it was not possible. We asked again. They said the umbrellas were not meant for us.

Dead cockroach on the floor of our room was a cherry on top!

Pros:

Уютный и красивый отель, расположение очень удобное, можно пешком прогуляться по центру, по набережной и сходить к Храму Баграта. У отеля есть маленький сад с магнолиями, нам повезло увидеть их цветение. Балконы в номерах выходят на реку, приятный звук реки и есть возможность наблюдать рассвет .
Весь персонал отеля хорошо говорит на английском, все доброжелательные. Сервис на высоте, очень приятно что персонал старается что бы гостю было комфортно.
Особенно хочу отметить сервис на завтраке, мы в мужем не переносим лактозу, и нам отдельно сделали омлет на безотказном молоке. Это было очень приятно!
В следующие поездки в Кутаиси будем останавливаться в этом отеле. Отель очень хороший!

Really friendly and helpful staff which made for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

We were worried about language barriers but the young lad on reception spoke near perfect English and was so unbelievably helpful and friendly, always up for a chat and will answer any questions.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was great, not one thing I would change.

Pros:

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van,a folyó partján.Nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek.Bőséges reggeli a szálloda grúz éttermében,ami a legjobb étterem a környéken.Isteni ételek,sok a vendég, mégsem kell sokat várni.

Olyan nem volt 🙂

Świetny hotel!
Pros:

Hotel jest genialnie położony. Wyróżnia się w całym mieście swoim położeniem i kolorystyką. Restauracja jest inna od wszystkich, jakie widzieliśmy.

Cons:

Możemy zażartować, że pogoda :) niestety większość naszego pobytu padało. Nie ma to oczywiście związku z hotelem.

Aaa i jedna rzecz- uważano nas za ruskich🫩 JESTEŚMY Z POLSKI ❤️🤍
