We didn't like because already we booked our room and we also get confirmed msg that your room is booked now after that we reached that hotel they didn't give a room and said that we don't have room .and also said to us that oyo is just a app don't believe that .worst experience

The hotel was very dirty from outside and the staff before taking payment was good but after that they are rude. The door lock from outside was not there. Only from inside they can be locked.... All was bad

Worst hotel stay in my life,
Pros:

Door locks took a proper physical exercise to open/close, ac not working, no remote for ac and tv, toilet seat damaged walls moisturized, no proper services by staff.

Cons:

Service & facility every thing
Stayed there only because we were there in haridwar and there was no room available at the time.

Bad and traumatic for me and my family
Pros:

When requested they provided new bedsheet and pillow cover.

Cons:

Bed sheets and pillow covers were stained badly, blanket was stained washroom and sink was having gutka stains. Mosquitoes were in room no AC remote was provided and AC was set on 20 degrees. Only RO water is there.
If you are going with family don’t look for this one.

1. As per ur website it's distance approx 200 m. but actually it's about 3 kilo meter.
2. Hotel hygiene is very poor.
3. Bed and bedsheets is not upto the mark.
4. Toilet was not clean
