Nothing.Very rude owner. Tv with no signal and no remote. No towels or toiletries as advertised. Pure shit hotel. Think it’s for illegal workers
Same as above
There is no property, it is say 3 starts hotel i found a room in a roof can’t be for humans
Staff is rude and unsafe , it’s fake
scammers/I never got the keys
I went up the stairs and into the kitchen looking for keys - it looks like a den for the homeless
Nothing. Nothing at all. All lies about how it looks
This is the worse kind of accommodation. Dirty toilet, stained bedsheet, dirty location. Looks like a place deserted
My stay was for two days. It took 1 hour to find the place. You will be shocked to see the so-called receptionist and the entrance of the property. I was sceptical to follow that guy to my room. However, he asked me to sit in the kitchen, Then he grabbed a towel from the corner of the stairs and showed my room.
I highly doubt that the beddings were changed at all. There were holes and stains on the bed sheet, quilt cover was like 10 years minimum old, and the colour was all faded,
Toilet seats were not clean. The shower was full of yellow body fat,and on the wall of the shower were full of sticky bundles of hairs.
I asked the man to clean the shower. He asked me to leave the room open, Next morning, when I came back after my work, the state was the same. I never took a shower. I cleaned the toilet seat myself.
I went to the kitchen. Full of fungus and worms in the kitchen. Cupboards were extremely dirty. Kettle or microwave doesn't work. A huge fire hazard and floor at risk of falls.
I couldn't trust any place in the kitchen to sit down and eat. I left the place. Same day around 16 30 hrs. I felt sick of the entire environment.
I have photo evidence of all the details which I have mentioned above.
I am surprised how such places are open and scamming, showing fake photos.
It's not worth staying in these places even if it's free. Unless you are homeless and want to sleep somewhere under a roof.
Nothing...
No remote for the tv...no shower gel of shampoo...the shower head was broken....so hard to open the window....dirty.they not cleaning the rooms..I waited for the "landlord" at least 2 hours...he bothered me always when i tried to sleep..so absolutely not recommended!
Unable to contact, mobile number was unavailable. Room wasn't ready at 17.00. When I entered the room there was a lot of hair in the shower. Bathroom was dirty. Carbon dioxide alarm started peeping with low battery at 7.15am so I couldn't sleep. Ceiling too high to reach it.
It was cheap lol
Almost everything’s didn’t feel very safe
The place was very hard to find, the entrance finally found in a dirty narrow alleway which was also the back of some takeaway shops, so massive bins and bin juice leaking outside the entrance we couldn't believe it was actually it!
There property didn't have a name on the door which made it even harder to find. We finally spotted the number that we had on the email confirtmation13b.
The door to the place didn't lock which made us feel unsafe when in the bedrooms and with our teenage children in the room next door. The beds were very unconfortable, one bedroom was very moldy you could smell it. the bathrooms were black with the it!
The lady who met us was very kind and tried to make us feel as conformable as she possibly could, you could see the embarassment on her face poor thing.
It should have stated that it's not suitable for families because it would have done an adult if just passing the city and not bothered too much about safety, higyne and mold.
Clearer info to say that it's not advisable for families, clearly signed, cleaner rooms and entrance, entrance more secure, a bit of soap to have a shower with would have been nice but my husband used the hand soap (the children were scared to touch the shower), a working TV wouldn't hurt and blind rail, a bit of dusting to the place doesn't take much.
im shocked beyond belief places like this are even allowed to operate in the UK!
It was basic but suitable for what I needed
The show a kitchen available but looking at signs all that is available is a kettle?
Location was good
Hard to locate
the staff were pleasant.
there was a delay in our entry into our room,(9pm instead of been able to get in at 12.)
cleanliness was an issue.
no TV.
PARKING was a problem even though it said that there was parking.
