Will recommend this place for single or family of 2-3.
Pros:

Location wise, it is very good. Close to a convenience store, gas station, fast food, SM Mall and DGT for night market and jogging. In terms of safety, the place is very safe. The unit is very clean, with all amenities, the host is very helpful & attentive, fast internet and parking (for a fee) is very safe.

Pros:

I love that it is spacious and clean. The pool is beautiful and big.

Cons:

Everything was good except there was no accountability on the Property managers side when the car that we rented that was placed on their parking area got stained by cement/paint. The car was parked there as part of their policy and we even paid 150 per night for the parking. In the morning, we saw the car covered with dots of what seemed like cement/paint because of the ongoing construction in the area.
The owner of the car had us pay additional fee but it should not be our fault when we parked it in the right place. They should be held accountable for requiring the guests to park in that area. because there are no other parking area available for guests.

The accomodation was very clean and well appointed very quiet with a pool to relax in till 10pm.
Also within walking distance to SM City.
We would recommend a stay to those looking for davao accomodation

I had a safe and comfortable stay. I will surely book again with Zen Suites again.
Pros:

Host is very attentive to your needs & queries. he even allowed me to leave my things in the room even beyond check out time because I am still in the meeting. He did not charge additional fee.

Cons:

None. I had a comfortable stay. Place is safe even for solo traveller like me. The location is also convenient.

Pros:

I like the aircon, cabinet and the shower. They have extra mattress and all the utensils you need. Near Gmall and Poblacion Market for your souvenier needs.

Cons:

Expensive swimming pool. There's an additional fee of 200 pesos for night use, 100 for day use.
