Don't waste your time. This is a glorified dormitory NOT A HOTEL!!!!!

The room was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Cons:

They'll ask you for your Kakao. Dont do it! They pretend they don't receive your messages and then try to cancel your reservation! THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT IS AN ANNEX BUILDING OF A DIFFERENT HOTEL! The "hotel" doesnt have an address. I had to contact the "hotel" and they gave me a completely different hotel name to put in Grab. SKETCHY! When I arrived, I couldn't check in or pay for my room, but had to leave cash deposit. You take a cart to the back of the area to the "hotel". There are NO SERVICES in the "hotel" they are ALL in the actual hotel at the front of the area. The staff are EXTREMELY rude and unkind. They don't help you when you wait in line, they just ignore you. I tried to pay for my hotel thinking this was the proper place, and they accused me of being confused. How am I confused if this was where I was told to "check in"? I still could not pay for my room. Then, the next 2 days they texted me over and over trying to make me change my plans in order to pay for my room that I should have been able to pay for when I arrived. Truly unprofessional. The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The food tray lids were all up making the food cold and exposed to bugs. There were sausages all over the floor that people were just kicking around and the staff did nothing. The counters were filthy with hair, food and spilled sauces. I asked about the soup and the staff manager LIED telling me it was Pho and when I told her I lived in the country/region for 20 years, THEN she admitted that it wasn't actually Pho. The "Pho" counter had spilled food and messy plates all over it. It did not look appetizing at all. Moreover, the breakfast IS NOT at the "hotel" but at the actual hotel at the front of the area. So EVERY SINGLE DAY you have to walk in the heat to a completely different hotel to get the amenities you paid for.

Nice room but strange resort - A Very Weird Place
Pros:

The view was lovely.

Cons:

When we arrived at 9.30pm on Friday, we expected to be able to have some food and drinks at such a huge resort, only to be told everything was closed. We were extremely confused and disappointed by this. We ended up having to travel to another resort for dinner.

On Saturday, we spent the day by the pool, which was nice, however, none of the food carts or bars were open and unmanned.

On both days during our stay we asked for ice at the bar. On the first occasion we were told, no. When we questioned the staff member, we were told we had to pay for it (which for a 5 star seems outrageous). On the second occasion on Sunday, when we were buying soft drinks from the bar, we were told they had some but didn't have enough to give us ice for each drink. When the staff member opened the freezer, it was full. We were very confused by the responses regarding ice at such a big resort.

Overall, our stay was very strange and we will not be returning. I would recommend going to the Movenpick for some good service and food (we ended up spending our whole day there on Saturday!)

Good size resort but too far
Pros:

Good size resort and bed was comfortable

Cons:

There isn’t enough food places to choose from and it’s quite far if you want to leave the resort. This place is only good if you are staying for one night before heading to your next destination but I wouldn’t recommend it staying for more than 1 night.

The front desk staff is completely unprofessional. These employees cannot solve any issues other than standard ones.
