No hand rail up to the rooms. I’m 72 years old and it was a bit tricky when it had been raining
El apartamento es genial, las vistas, la playa, la piscina… el personal muy amable y atentos y la comida estaba riquísima!! Recomiendo mucho comer y cenar ahí. Además, tienen una perrita muy simpática que se hizo amiga nuestra y nos acompañaba todo el rato. Totalmente recomendable este resort.

La beauté de l'endroit, avec de très jolies chambres bungalows, très bien entretenues, jolie SDB, cadre magnifique. Très belle piscine à débordement et jolie plage de sable. Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.
Accueil impersonnel. Souriant mais pas communicatif! Bel endroit mais très isolé, même en scooter, loués ici plus chers que partout ailleurs, donc Grab ou taxi obligatoires pour aller faire des visites. Les tarifs du restaurant et les plats peu copieux pour le prix. A partir de 10h 01, on vous fait voir l' heure, trop tard pour rajouter du lait dans un café.... à chaque consommation prise, il faut payer immédiatement même en ayant payé d'avance 2 bungalows pour 8 nuits, comme si on allait s'enfuir sans payer ses consos!!!
The place is very nice and quiet. Nice pool and beautiful maintained beach compared to many other hotels on Phu quoc. The cook in charge of the breakfast station eggs and soup very pleasant and smiling.
Lack of maintenance, shower (one door out of the two missing) and replace with a simple curtain, corrugated floor and unjoined parquet slat. When it’s raining a lot, there is a small leak coming from the roof (reported at the reception). Breakfast buffet is not kept at temperature, the Fruits should be covered cos a lot flies. The staffs restaurant not reactive, lack of training. Canoes are available unfortunately they take water.
Perfect location if you are looking for a calm and beautiful beach especially ocean view villa with swimming pool. Friendly staff, I do not have breakfast but they have restaurant in resort for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Chez Carole offers luxury at a fair price and is a great value for the money; I booked for three nights and stayed for nine; that alone speaks for itself. Outstanding staff, exceptional breakfast, beautiful beach, nice pool, cozy bungalows, comfy beds, and pillows I would have kept if I could. The restaurant is top notch, but the village is just a short walk down the beach - consult whichever map app you use - where you’ll find loads of great places to eat as well. I’ve been staying in Phu Qouc for a month and have stayed at manny places. This is one I’d come back to.
This isn’t a negative, because it’s a part of life in Vietnam: invest in some mosquito repellant coils. You’ll need them no matter where you stay, especially in the rainy season.
