Very good, fantastic staff, great building
Pros:

The building is spectacular, near the airport which is great to avoid traffic in Guatemala city. And staff was super nice, they printed things for me, always willing to help with doubts and solve things, etc. That was really nice.

Cons:

Its a bit on the pricy side...

For the money you can find better choices in the same area.
Pros:

The location. heated pool.

Cons:

It is outdated, carpets, bedding, furniture is run down. no complimentary breakfast, the Jacuzzi was cold, they have people who pay a membership to use the gym and some of the facilities but don’t stay at the hotel who harass the actual guests who pay to stay there. This used to be the best hotel in Guatemala, it could be if they update it.

Nice hotel and good location, especially if you need to be close to airport. Bed was comfortable and room was nice.

Cons:

Check in was at 3, but we couldn’t get into our room until 4. The internet was spotty. Chaotic check-in
